This fully stocked gourmet kitchen is a coffee enthusiast's dream, complete with an air fryer and coffee maker. As you step into our villa, sunlight cascades through the cathedral ceilings, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Indoors or out, there's ample space for relaxation and enjoyment; take a refreshing dip in the pool or gather for a feast in the expansive dining area. After a day of exploring Cape Coral, unwind in the comfortable living area, where plenty of seating awaits for group gatherings, and stream your favorite entertainment on our smart TV.

The place could be a lil cleaner but overall the neighborhood was great easy check in process the pool is nice but the lounge chairs by the pool were in ruff shape.

Clean, beautiful house in great location!

We found the home to be very clean, well-stocked, and full of amenities. It’s a beautiful home with a great kitchen, pool, and everything else needed for a nice break with family or friends. Communication with the host was very quick and easy, no issues there. Would definitely stay here again!

Golf getaway

This could be an extremely nice property but needs some TLC. The owner was very good at communicating with me prior to our stay but while we were there I emailed him with some concerns we had. We did not get a response. Some of our concerns were exterior doors that would not latch, holes in the blinds and curtains. Many lights or light bulbs that would not work. Overall it was ok but this property needs a little attention. Then it could be a 5 star stay.

Disappointment Cape Coral

We reached out to property management multiple times...picture sent with ck in info didnt look like online picture of property..trash strewn in yard when arrived..stains on every area rug, had to use the dust mop on floors that had dried leaves tracked in...patio door latch did not work had a board lieing in track for security..poor towel and wash cloths for 3 people and what was there had stains had to launder first..gourmet kichen had stained cutlery..oven so dirty it smoked over 30 mins before we could use..outdoor grill needed bottle hooked up then starter didnt work couldnt use..had to clean leaves etc from pool...outdoor lighting poor...master toilet seat bolts broken so slid all around...master lav counter was crawling with ants when light switched on...no cold water at kitchen sink and filtered didnt work..bar lighting didnt work..under kitchen counter lights and range hood fan and light didnt work...hair in guest tub shower...fridge cooled off after first night...coffee cups,bowls,plates and skillets all dirty and we washed before could use..couch had large stain that we attempted to clean before sitting on it..ceiling stains from previous roof leaks...counters sticky and gritty so had to wipe down before using..property manager recd pictures and complaints and said "sorry this has happened" with phone number. When i called, VM unavailable he txtd called later. I asked about compensation he asked what i wanted..figured he'd issue credit & only recd $300

Great location

This vrbo was clean and in a great location. 5 minutes away from mini golf and bowling which was great for the kids. We all enjoyed the pool very much, too. The host had great communication. I would highly recommend this stay!
