Smaller than it looks in the pictures. Very quaint little place. Lots of water stands in the front yard when it rains and no walkway from driveway.

This place was super cute, and comfortable. So many cute decorations in the home and cool art pieces. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe. I walked up to the river one morning to enjoy my coffee at Scurrah's Landing. Short drive to downtown and beach. My mom and I were very comfortable staying here. I would recommend.

Very nice little home in quiet neighborhood. Pictures were alittle inaccurate as it made you think you were on the water, which you are not. You are couple blocks off water. Overall, a nice little place to stay

Very cute, clean, and enjoyable place to stay that was close to great restaurants. If you stay in Melbourne, go to Ichabod's Dockside.

Nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything we needed and wanted to do, we will likely be back. The only complaint I would have is the loveseat and rattan living room chairs are beyond uncomfortable. I would recommend some updates to this room's furniture.

Great little house! Jack-and-jill bathroom was a little cramped but functional. The fact that they offered laundry equipment was terrific.
Exterior from the driveway, just as pictured.
