Ski weekend getaway!

We had a great stay for our second annual ski weekend! We have a large group of family and friends. 5 adults & 7 kids stayed here comfortably with sleeping space to spare. The updated kitchen allows us to cook breakfast and dinner each day. The game room allowed to teens to hang and the adults to relax upstairs with good conversation and cocktails by the fire. Highly recommend Harmony Haven!

Great Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful trip. The property was ideally located for a weekend ski trip to Jack Frost and Big Boulder. It was clean, as stated and offered plenty of space for our group. We had some difficulty with the wi-fi and the host was very responsive and the problem was quickly fixed.

Friends get away

Overall cute house with lots to do in the house and around the area. Stocked kitchen and house. Showers very poor pressure and even worse when sinks are being used. Beds not super comfy. Great rooms and set up for big groups of friends. Dusty but otherwise clean. Owner is responsive.

Great place!

House was clean. Great layout for adults and kids. Everyone had a great time. Only complaint was pillows/beds were not that comfortable, so I would bring your own pillows. The hot tub was clean. Large firepit. We can’t wait to come back! Nice short walk down to the lake. Kids said this was their favorite house we have rented and we go up the mountains several times a year. The host was responsive and information was accurate.

Family fun

We had a great stay at this house for our annual family trip. With a new baby we needed a larger place. This filled our needs with room for 3 generations to celebrate Nanas birthday! Entire place was spotless. Most areas were newly renovated. Quiet street near the Lake Harmony beach. Owner was very responsive with all my questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Mixed results

Overall Patricia’s house has been renovated beautiful and her communications were very helpful. Both young adults and older found the beds uncomfortable. Having rented multiple times from VRBO we found the kitchen towels that were provided were really worn and needed to be replaced. The refrigerator needed the filters replaced which Patricia ordered but only the water filter arrived during our stay. The air filter did not and i believe that contributed to ice forming on everything in the refrigerator drawers, even after adjusting the temperature settings. The obviously new hot tub was enjoyed by all. The central A/C worked well and kept the house very comfortable. The kitchen table was very comfortable for our party of nine. Over the weekend some of the neighbors played rather loud music which was a little distracting but certainly only to our younger adults. Overall we had a very nice time and certainly outshined some of our past rentals.

Perfect location and communication

We stayed here as a group of 12 adults for a long weekend. The house is just as described and in a great location. Everything was in working order and the firepit was a nice touch. The owner is fantastic and has wonderful communication. I highly recommend upgrading mattresses.

Wonderful Time in the Poconos!!

We have been renting in the Poconos for a number of years. Subsequently, our family group has grown with additional grandchildren so we needed a large house with room to enjoy our vacation. This house was perfect for our needs. With the 6 bedrooms, it allowed us to spread out without being on top of each other. The house was everything described in the listing by our host Patricia. The house was well kept up and clean. All appliances, Fireplaces, and more importantly, the Hot Tub worked flawlessly. Patricia stayed in contact with us over the 4 day period and was very helpful in directing us to various local restaurants and activities. We will definately be renting this house again in the future.

Amazing Reunion Weekend

Patricia was an amazing host. Everythingthe group needed she provided. The house is as advertized and in the perfect location. This was my group’s first experience at Lake Harmony and it certainly will not be our last. This house is a huge part of that. Enjoy your stay everyone we mosr certainly did!

November trip

My 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren stayed and we fit perfectly. Great location, house was clean and comfortable. Only suggestion would be to start getting new mattresses. Other than that, perfect getaway weekend with the family.

Great House and Location

We had an excellent time, the house was large enough with the 6 bedrooms plus the large common space in the main floor and the basement. The driveway was easily able to accommodate 7 cars. Patricia was great to work with and always responsive when any questions came up.

Great Location, great house, great walk to lake

Patricia was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. The house was perfect for our group of 12 and the amenities were fantastic. We ended up using the grill, hot tub, pool table, and fire pit. All worked great and her place was a quick walk to the lake. Would definitely stay again next time we're in the Poconos!

Why they chose this property

This modern Chalet consists of three floors with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each level. It’s is an ideal layout for families/groups gathering but still wanting some privacy.
On the upper level the master bedroom as a king bed and the additional bedroom has 1 queen and 1 twin bed the bathroom has a stall shower and a jacuzzi tub the master has a gas fireplace as well.
The second floor consists of the living room with gas fireplace, dining room with large dining table and fully stocked kitchen. Also on the second floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed and one bathroom with a tub and shower combo. On the lower level, there is a pool table/game room, with seating a gas fireplace, smart tv, a small bar and washer and dryer. Also on the lower level are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a twin over full bunk bed.
Each bedroom has its own smart tv and all fireplaces are controlled by thermostat.
The outdoor space consists of a wrap around deck, hot tub, fire pit and driveway parking for up to 8 cars. We are within walking distance to the lake and seasonal private beach access.
