Welcome to Vukelich Vineyards, a family owned 19 acre vineyard nestled in San Luis Obispo County in the quaint & adorable town of Templeton. We invite you to gather with friends and family as this home sits in wine country, minutes away from wine tasting, downtown Templeton, beautiful views and a short drive to the coast. This 1-story, 3 bedroom house has a beautiful open kitchen plan for large family dinners, and large outdoor patio for sunsets in the vines. Come relax with us! Sleeps 10.
The space
Farmhouse fun for the whole family! Barbecue after a day of walking the 19 acre property, picking a few vegetables in the garden, or bring your kids bikes and toys to play on the expansive driveway. The entire property is gated and safe for children and pets. Sit by the fire pit in the evening, eat dinner under the twinkle lights, and enjoy the sunrise and sunset in the rocking chairs or adirondack chairs with your favorite beverage. Don't forget about the 83" TV in the family room for all your favorite movies and sports games.

**Both couch pull outs (queen sized beds) are located in rooms with doors that close for privacy

Great property!

Property was amazing. Had everything we need for our anniversary trip. Walked around the vinyards in the morning, got some pickleball in, close to the local wineries and tin city. Thanks again

Fantastic Girls' Trip Location

Just spent a long weekend with 5 of my closest childhood friends (we are now all in our mid-50's). The house is spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The sports courts were a welcome addition. The location is close to wineries and restaurants while still offering a quiet and relaxing space. This was not my first time staying at this home and will not be my last. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Amazing Holiday Stay

The house felt like a real family's house - not some stale rental. There was a Christmas tree and other holiday decorations. The chopping knives they supplied in the kitchen are the best I have ever used in a rental. All of the servingware, cookingware, spices, etc that you could ever need. Our family loved the property and made full use of the pickleball court. Bedding was very comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and stay there again. Heather and Mark were both very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable holiday!

Perfect Stay for Friends (and introverts)

Two friends, my small dog, and I stayed here for 5 days, and we loved it. We read, cooked, sat in the hot tub, puzzled, watched movies. There are three lovely bedrooms, all far enough apart you can get quality alone time. And the common rooms are large and spacious. So what might you want to know: 1) There are plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. No need to bring your own. The towels are large and cover both tall and fat bodies. 2) The beds are new and very good quality--a firmish memory foam, each with 4 pillows, including a body pillow. 3) The kitchen has one set of standard pots and pans and they provide you with a small collection of "snap ware" for storing food. Plastic wrap and tin foil were also available. We cooked a lot and could easily make-do with the kitchen utensils provided. 4) The fridge is large and the ice maker works (yeah!). 5) The smart TV is enormous--75" or 85" and has good sound Really, everything is either new, updated, and clean. I do recommend that you bring a pair of strictly indoor shoes--though, am sure socks are fine. They have a "no shoes in the house" policy and I was very happy I brought slippers with me to wear about the house. Loved it here--was sad to leave.

Vineyard views all around

Great location just minutes from town, yet with the feeling of being isolated in a vineyard. High ceilings, a gigantic kitchen, hot tub in the vines, putting green...all amenities that made our stay great.

Absolutely loved the location

The property was absolutely beautiful. The house was large, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you would need. It was perfect for our family weekend get away. Heather was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Vineyard

Took a trip up to central coast with the family (+ dog) in tow and were greeted with such a beautiful home to spend our time up in the Templeton/Paso Robles area. Big space to walk around and felt safe for kids to explore! Mark provided fresh eggs from the chicken and greeted us on our first morning there with fresh veggies from their garden! We were welcomed to pick through and had some of the sweetest blackberries ever (the 2 year old scarfed them down like candy :D). Altogether, lovely stay and lovely hosts. Would highly recommend! Hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property

Lovely house in the middle of a working vineyard. 15 minutes to Paso Robles and just down the street from Templeton. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Well appointed kitchen and baths. We’ll be back!
