Great Vacation Unit
Loved the property and location. There were a few disappointments that I wish I was made aware of before arriving....the oven does not work, there were no towels the first nite, the trundle in the living area was screwed shut making it unusable, no linens for the sofa sleeper, there was a trash can with maggots on it on the patio, construction eqpt and materials behind bar area in front of grill, and in the laundry room. We had to move trash can and spray the entire area with water hose to clean it and to move grill to a better place for using. I notified the rental office of these things and they did send towels the next day and had the construction people come move the eqpt. We had a great time, otherwise, and loved the unit. Would stay there, again. I would suggest that the Rental people notify the people that are coming to stay about these things so that they may be able to accommodate/modify and plan accordingly as to the sleeping arrangements and cooking arrangements. This unit is for sale and I hope that they continue to rent this unit in the future as we would like to rent it, again, next year.
