About this property

Affordable, Pet friendly, ocean views!!

Welcome to 9 Palms! We are located right across the street from the beach in Sea Isle on a lot surrounded by palm trees. When you arrive you will feel the incredible breeze and once you get to the top of the stairs you will be greeted by a beautiful Gulf view. Inside you will notice our recently redone floors, lovely, comfortable furnishings and our updated kitchen. It is equipped with: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. All necessary pots, pans, dishes, utensils as well as spices and basic condiments are also provided. Just bring your groceries and appetite! Our home has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed.This is our vacation home as well so we keep it well stocked with everything you would find in your own home. The house has 3 different gathering areas. Inside there is a living/dining room with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Outside there is a dining table on the deck with seating for 6 as well as another dining table and lounge area downstairs under the house that always has a wonderful breeze.

Great Beach Home

This was the perfect little beach home. It was accurately advertised and close to the beach and provided everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The front porch was a great place to have coffee and lunch and we spent most of our day walking to and from the beach.

The place was exactly as described and was very clean and tidy. I loved that it was less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. My only complaint is there wasn't enough toilet paper or any kitchen towels. It would be nice if those items would have been provided. But that is a small issue. Just make sure to bring those items with you.We will definitely be back for another visit!

Perfect for Baby’s First Beach Trip!

Great place for our little family to get away for the weekend. Very close to the beach—5 min walk, 1-2 min drive. Had an awesome time. Hope to visit again!

Great Weekend Stay

The house is as described. It is small but great for small groups or just a couple or two. It was a great location, about 8 miles from San Luis Pass with a bar and store in walking distance.

Loved it!

I enjoyed several days of solitude at this beach house. Water views, the sound of the ocean and being on the 'calmer' side of the island all made this the perfect place for my long weekend away from it all. I can't wait to visit again!

A Very, Very Comfortable Stay - Perfect!!!

#1, the location was perfectly and centrally located! #2, the neighborhood is clean and quiet, quiet enough you can hear the waves just a short walk away, #3, St Jacinto (at blinking light) is the entrance into the neighborhood, but you can also take it straight across the street to a huge beach parking area! #4, a short drive away, in the same neighborhood, is West End Marina, which has excellent food and drinks! #5, the house is just a very comfortable place to stay and a steal for the cost, you feel like you are staying at home. #6, The beds and pillows were awesome! #7, the owner is the BEST we have ever dealt with EVER - attentive and immediately communicates! 5-Start Overall Rating.

House was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Only problem we had was a thunderstorm knocked out our cable tv connection and we never got it back.

Friendly Neighborhood!

The house was clean and has everything you need to relax , and prepare your own meals. Will be really helpful if the owner add a washer and dryer but for us (two people) wasn’t a problem . The location is perfect ! The beach is a cross the street. Definitly we’ll come back!

Cute, clean beach house

Very cute beach home, close to the water! Cute, clean home. Comfortable beds! The only downside I encountered was the storm shutters banging on the windows at night when the wind blew. It sounded like someone was knocking on the window.. Other then that, a great stay!

Affordable stay

The house worked great for the two of us. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked. It could use a better cleaning job of the bathroom. Typical of Galveston houses, there was rotten wood on the exterior and some storm windows were not working. We wish the palm trees in the front were trimmed for a better view of the beach. We spent the day on the beach and dined out.
