This non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only), pet friendly home offers free WiFi, cable, outside entertainment area with flat screen television, fireplace, propane fire pit, outdoor grilling, internet and a fully stocked kitchen and water side cabana with many other amenities.
Casa Frio is a pet friendly three bedroom home (two up and one down) with two bathrooms and two outdoor entertainment areas. The boat house upper deck is furnished with a dining table that seats six persons, two luxury lounge chairs for sun bathing and enjoying sunrises and sunsets plus two bar height chairs with umbrella for extra seating. The upper front porch has two cajun lumbar rocking chairs that are perfect for that morning cup of coffee. The downstairs entertainment area is upgraded with a 4K 50 inch television built into the side wall of the bunk room, two swings, propane fire pit, a table with seating for four and a barbeque grill. There is also an outdoor shower downstairs. There is a waterfront cabana located in the main breezeway that is ideal for afternoon naps and relaxing.
The back yard is fully fenced for keeping your pets safe and lushly landscaped on both sides giving you extra privacy and a tropical feel. The driveway can park up to six plus vehicles.
The Master bedroom has an in-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, king size bed, dresser and television. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and smart television. The third bedroom is a bunk room built off of the downstairs garage. This bunk bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The living room displays a 55 inch HD television with sofa and love seat. The kitchen is fully furnished with granite counters, utensils, coffee supplies and much more. The entire home is decorated with elegant beach themed furniture and decorations.
The home is located in the Sea Isle subdivision on the private west end of Galveston Island. Sea Isle is the most popular subdivision on the island due to its many popular amenities. Sea Isle is the only subdivision that has a fishing pier that goes a hundred yards into west bay. In addition, it has a marina, small store, bait shop, sandbar grill restaurant, a second white table cloth restaurant, tennis courts, boat ramp, private beach parking and swimming pool. (the swimming pool is only open between the peak season of Memorial Day and Labor Day; Guests can purchase a pool pass directly from the Sea Isle Property Association; located next to the pool area; pool passes are good for up to ten guest for one week at a cost of $100.00;). The Sand Bar restaurant is popular for many west end folks with karaoke on Friday nights and entertainment on Saturdays. There is even an occasional fishing tournament held at the marina.

I have enjoyed four homes in Sea Isle over the last thirty years and have many fond memories raising children, visiting with family and making friends here.  I enjoy the relaxation of this subdivision's atmosphere and stay practically every weekend to relax and recharge.
Why they chose this property
Sea Isle by far is the best subdivision on the island due to its community amenities and spirit that fills the air when you visit.  I purchased this home because of its open vaulted ceilings and canal front facing porch for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise and sunsets.  The downstairs is open to the prevailing southeast wind and usually has a nice breeze when other locations do not, making it the place we hang out the most.  The downstairs sitting area with TV is where we spend most of our time eating dinner and enjoying company.  We also enjoy the boat house sun deck for having dinners and sunbathing.  
The home also has separate jet ski lifts and boat lifts making it available for you to bring all of your water sports toys and enjoy the bay for all it has to offer.

What makes this property unique
This home is located on the second canal from the bay and faces the southwest.  You can enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the upper boat house deck.  Any place you wish to visit is only a few blocks away due to its central location.  You can't beat the downstairs entertainment area that is open to the back yard so your pets can also enjoy it with you. The outdoor propane fire pit is a wonderfully relaxing feature anytime of the year; especially spring, fall and winter.
