Newly renovated canal front home just a five minute walk to the beach!
The Beach house is located in a quiet area of Sea Isle on Galveston Island. It features an upper deck for relaxing over the water with a cup of coffee watching a beautiful sunrise, and a lower deck with a bar and flat-screen TV, and a propane barbecue. Fish from both decks or the community fishing pier, paddle about in our kayaks, or ride the bikes provided. Rent or bring a boat and keep it in the on-site boat slip. Keys for the fishing pier and boat ramp are available. Life is Beautiful! Enjoy!
The home has a large parking area, free Wi-Fi, three bedrooms and two baths, living and dining rooms, and a kitchen stocked with coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and all pots & pans you will need.
For those who bring a computer, there is high-speed internet, an office desk and chair, a surge strip, and also a printer.
A child gate is available for safety at the top of the stairs, and a highchair and porta-crib are available. There are security cameras located on both the upper and lower decks.
For the beach, we provide towels, chairs, an umbrella, and kiddie toys.
This is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM.
