About this property

Front Row Beach House! NO CLEANING OR LINEN FEES!!!!

We want to invite you into our Beach House Toes in the Sand at 22430 Kennedy, Galveston, 77554.
You will just love our Galveston Beachfront property that is located in the Sea Isle community. If you visit Galveston feel free to ask us for the address so you can drive by to take a look. Toes in the Sand has 3 large bedrooms, and loft with a trundle bed. Enough room for you and several of your friends and relatives. Our home will sleep up to 8 in beds. Hurricane windows give you an awesome view of the beach from almost every room. All the beds are made with fresh linens prior to your arrival. We look forward to your business. We also have a propane grill under the house but beware if the wind is blowing hard you will need to cook inside. Just one of those things from a front row house. Note we do have a ring doorbell with camera and audio next to the entrance door for outside security that is on 24 hours a day.

DURING THE SUMMER WE ONLY RENT 6 OR 7 DAYS STAY.

Our add says that it is less than a 15 minute walk to the beach which is automatically added by VRBO. In fact we are a zero minutes walk as the house is directly on the beach!

We stay 2 night pre cruise, and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was exactly as described, and was steps to the beach. We loved it! We would definitely stay here again.

Right on the beach!!!

The property could use some TLC. More lounge chairs on the deck would be a nice touch and maybe a little lawn mowing around the property. We really had a fabulous time!!

You can’t beat being right on the beach. Beds were comfortable and house has a great layout. However, I’d rather pay a cleaning fee to know it’s clean as the house was dirty. Tub was dirty when we got there. Shower curtain liners need replaced (bad). House has not been dusted or wiped down in a long time. I went off reviews saying it was clean, but they were definitely misleading. Couch is falling apart - staples in armrest falling out. Had to really watch to make sure toddler didn’t step on them. Patio benches are wobbly and definitely need replaced. With a good scrubbing and a few updates it could be an excellent option.

Perfect!

Toes in the Sand is a sweet spot! For my friend, who has mobility issues, there was only one set of stairs (15 steps) to get into the house and then everything was accessible on one floor. Also, the public beach was right there and we were able to drive her right up to the water's edge. We would stay here again!

Holiday vacay

Stayed from 12/26/23 to 1/1/24. Truly beachfront! Amazing views and the home was very clean. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. Plenty of towels to use and a nice washer and dryer. All appliances worked great and kitchen has everything you need. I read other reviews that said the house could use some updating and yes there is some wear, but it is BEACHFRONT and the home was clean and comfortable. The owners were very quick to reply to questions and check in was simple! Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again for sure!

Property location was excellent for having coffee or wine and listen to the ocean. The property was exactly as described on VRBO. It turned very cold and the owner contacted us to see if he could remotely turn the heat for us. Shows the owner cares!

Very pleasant

Pictures and description are accurate. We were there for only a few days and did not cook, but kitchen is very well equipped for anyone wishing to do so. Overall, very comfortable and quiet. We wanted to be front row and close to the water, and this was better than we had hoped for that.

Great place to stay

We loved staying here! The oceanfront being our reason to stay. You can sit on the deck, watch the waves, moonlight at night and walk straight to the beach without going over sand dunes. The house is very roomy. There is cable with a variety of good channels to watch. The beds are comfy. The house is well stocked. The beach is not crowded and kept very clean. The host Walt is a very kind and informative. He was available. That makes a huge difference. We will be staying again.
