My family and I had a wonderful stay overlooking a quiet stretch of the Galveston coast. The house was clean, the kitchen was comfortable to work in, and there was enough space for the entire family. It was convenient to groceries, local eateries, and the town of Galveston. Will definitely be back!

perfect location - beachfront with a path to the beach right behind the house. Inside was nice, clean and well stocked. Bonus was the private pier less than 5 minutes away on the Bay. Our kids ended up fishing there every night and one morning!

The location of this home is what makes the entire stay. The view from the master bedroom is incredible. Being able to wake up and the first think you see is sky and ocean is so peaceful. The lay out of the living space is perfect. There is enough seating for everyone and you can play games and enjoy each other without being on top of each other. The open floor plan with the kitchen included is ideal for laying out a spread of snacks and being able to spend time together as a family.

This house is amazing! It was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The beds we used were very comfortable. (Only used 2 of the 9 beds so can’t vouch for all of them) But the best features of this house are the views and its direct access to the beach. Since we were visiting in the off-season, it felt like we had our own private beach. I was even able to walk my dog off-leash, which he thought was fantastic! There is a beach shower and a garden hose located on the porch under the house which was perfect for washing off sandy paws. The only downside was the steps up to the house were steep and open rungs so my scared and spoiled pooch demanded we carry his 30 lbs of fuzz up every time. We also would have liked more restaurant choices nearby. If your main objective of visiting the area is to enjoy the beach, I highly recommend this beach home.

Beautiful beachfront home

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing beachfront home. The inside is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beach is just steps away. The upper deck was perfect for watching the sunrise while sipping coffee. Beautiful unobstructed views of the beach from the living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager was very responsive to messages. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

This house is in a great location. The convince of being on the beach without having to load family into the car is amazing. There was plenty of space for 2 families of 5 to stay comfortably, also having the kitchen utensils and plates and such was very helpful. It was also nice that our dog could come as well and the porch is a convent place to safely let him dry off. We did have issues with our AC but Jeff did his best to make us comfortable.
