Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all soiled towels & washcloths in a pile on the floor of each bathroom. •Please DO NOT strip beds. DO leave bed unmade.
Leave all closet stored items ( extra pillows/blankets, etc.) outside of the closet so we are aware they have been used. Please do not leave any dirty dishes.
Remove all garbage including bathrooms and place in sealed garbage bags. Place all garbage bags in the outside trash containers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Extra cleaning fee charged if an unusual mess is made in the house. $100chargeforearlycheck in or late check out if wedon't have back to back booking
Any events or increase of occupants or guests must be disclosed and is subject to Owner approval and additional fee Garage isn't accessible.

I had a great experience staying at this beach house. The location was perfect, just off the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean and beautiful views. The house was comfortable, clean, and provided everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to the beach made the stay even more enjoyable. Outstanding location! You walk off the balcony stairs onto the beach. No berms or barriers to go around. The kitchen is excellently stocked with all necessary utensils and dishes. Communication with the host was outstanding. She replied every time within a few minutes. We loved staying here and are already talking about coming back.

Best stay ever we’ll be coming back

This was a last-minute mini vacation, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how easy it was to walk to the beach—the access was super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for relaxing day and restful night. We slept great and really appreciated the ice-cold air conditioning and the available cleaning tools during our stay. Highly recommend!

We booked this house for my Gender Reveal with my family. IT WAS AN UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE! House is beautiful, starting from the area of the beach, the house structure & the large porch outside with lots of table space. Amazing home with the best ocean view! The host was very nice and quickly to respond. We had no issues at all staying here for our son’s graduation get-together. The home was very spacious and we loved how almost every room had their own restroom. The downstairs was perfect to host events and it already had tables and chairs to use. We also loved that it had 2 refrigerators. & It was super clean! Our family left wanting to come back to this house on our next gathering. The views were just breath-taking!
