Wonderful view!

I love that the property is right on the beach with a ramp and stairs over the dune. The private beach was great and even on a busy weekend, it stayed quiet and wasn’t crowded at all. The deck was large and breezy. Will definitely stay there again.

This place was small, but the deck always was shaded! That was great. We watched the pelicans fishing while enjoying coffee. The access to the beach was also spectacular, just a very short walk. We only set up our shade tent twice. Again back on the deck for the sunset and watching the kids crabbing In the evening. Thanks for a relaxing week.

It was very nice to be right next to beach. The unit is showing some age and does require some updates and repairs. The master shower has a leaking shower head. In the 2nd bathroom there is a large patch in the wall that was never sanded and painted over. There was several cockroaches throughout the house.The exterior staircases to the house and the beach have several wood steps that are loose. Last the path to the beach needs to be cleared. The vegetation needs to be cleared out more often. The two houses next your location paths were very well maintained
