This property has a perfect location. Just a 20 second walk to the beach, just far enough away from the crowded tourist areas of Galveston, so you can relax. The house is very clean and comfortable. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Would 100% stay again.

Wonderful place. The beach is literally right there. Check in was fantastic. House was well equipped and the deck…holy cow the deck was amazing. Well equipped with lots of seating made this the favorite spot in the morning and afternoon. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms good. Would definitely come back. Kinda new remodeling house, everything look new and clean- location front at beach within few steps- And the best plus is a big and long patio which can view the the ocean from different ways.Very comfortable to stay with family with good size 5 to 6 people.Will come back here next time when have chances.

This property is absolutely perfect! The owners did a great job communicating when I noticed a small problem, the house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable! We will definitely be back!!! 1 warning is the mosquitoes are absolutely horrible when you are on the ground so bring spray.

Wonderful place

We had a great time at this property. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, takes 45 seconds to get on the sand. The deck is huge with wonderful beach view. The house was clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed. The area with trundle bed was great, it serves as extra room for kids. The communication with the owner was extremely easy. We hope to be back again!

We bought this house shortly after Hurricane IKE in 2009. The construction project to renovate this house was long and costly but we absolutely fell in love with our new beach house and would do it again. The neighborhood is quiet and a perfect place to get away from it all.

Why they chose this property

Why did we buy this house? Our initial intention was to help rebuild Galveston after the devastation of Hurricane IKE. The spontaneous decision transformed into a lot of hard work of clean ups, restorations, and rebuildings.

What makes this property unique

This is no doubt a perfect house to get away from it all. Surrounded by the ocean waves and sea breeze. A quiet neighborhood where neighbors take time to wave hello at crossing on the beach or passing by as you are sitting on the deck.
