THE LIGHTHOUSE, only steps away from the beach and Gulf of Mexico. We believe the best vacation is one that takes you away from home but has the feeling of home. The beach is just a short walk from the back of house (120ft) no vehicle traffic to disturb your peaceful day on the beach and no fighting the crowds for a spot for your umbrella and toys. You'll never have FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) with its close proximity to the beach. This quiet Gulf Coast community offers a laid-back lifestyle and plenty of opportunities to rest, relax, and renew.

Bookend your days on the upper balcony, starting each with a cup of coffee and sweeping Gulf of Mexico views and ending with a cocktail and a spectacular sunset while swinging on the four swings and watching a horseshoe tournament between family/friends. Tasteful, stylish furnishings, lots of natural light, and an open floor plan combine to create a soothing, relaxing space.

THE LIGHTHOUSE has all the amenities you could ask for, fully equipped, coastal theme décor, beach view vacation home that sleeps 14 comfortably.

Entertainment is extraordinary in the lighthouse! The chef will love the Galley Island style kitchen with spacious accommodations and well-equipped kitchen for daily living and meals . The party group will enjoy the wet bar at the end of the island. Lighthouse offers a trash compactor, dishwater, full size washer/dryer, pots, pans, dishes, everything you need to enjoy your home away from home.

The living room offers two (2) sets of comfortable, stylish sofa sleepers and two (2) loveseats. After a day on the beach, relax on the plush couches while you stream the latest release or check up on social media with the free WiFi with xfinity gateway.

Our house features three bedrooms: two are located on the main floor (Queen beds) with a full bathroom on the main floor.
The bottom level, (separate outside entry) Is the third bedroom. A spaciously decorated room with two (2) queen beds and a set of bunk beds along with a TV, mini refrigerator & a full bathroom . Outside stairs are used to access the upper main area of the house to the lower floor.

Entertaining continues on the outside, the upper deck has table and chairs with a pit area to enjoy that coffee or cocktail. The downstairs covered patio offers four swings, outdoor shower and a horseshoe pit! Enjoy gorgeous Gulf views from the both the upper balcony and covered lowered deck, soak up the sun by wander just a few steps down to the shore for blissful days at the beach or enjoy our yard with grass! Which makes it fun to play in after being on the sand all day... The Lighthouse is located a few houses from the end of the street. In a quiet neighborhood, a great place to let children have their fun running around or biking in the street.

A perfect vacation home for family and/or friends. This house sleeps up to 14.

Up to 2 pets are welcome in our home with a $75 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up when using the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Add pet fee when booking. This house is a non-smoking and non-vaping home. Please take it outside!

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
