Property is steps from the beach. You can see and hear the ocean in the living area and enjoy it easily from the porch. Pet friendly which was important to us. Very quiet area of the island but still close enough to everything. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay! This house is perfect for families—spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, just a few feet from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We would love to stay here again!

This property was perfect for our family. The location was very convenient..close enough to the Seawall and yet far enough to avoid the crowd. The Host was very thoughtful by having handsoaps, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, etc. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. We have vacationed in Galveston since 2020 and this rental was by far our favorite! We hope to stay here next year!

This was our best experience yet with a rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I loved the bed and the comfy living room. There was plenty of room, plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of everything! We grilled all our lunch and dinners and the only downside was the BBQ grill, it could be replaced.

We had the best time! Loved that there was a separate bedroom (like a mini apartment) below the main house which was perfect for my daughters and grand kids. Gorgeous location right by the ocean walking distance and beautiful view all day and waves crashing peacefully at night. Loved that we felt far enough away from the busy Seawall life. Will definitely be renting this again and again! It was perfection!!

We had a great time at the Lighthouse. It was so peaceful to sit on the swings and enjoy the ocean breeze. The beach, which is steps away, was perfect!

Perfect for families

Great access to beach, so easy for the kids and grown-ups to run back to the house as needed. Perfect size for our 2 families totaling 4 adults and 6 kids and a dog. Would stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

The Lighthouse was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location was quiet being a little south of town. It was a short walk to the beach with our wagons. The property had everything we needed including an outdoor shower. We will be returning!

Wondeful week at the beach

This is our 2nd time staying with them. We stayed at one of their other places before. Love the location. Walked the beach multiple times a day. Watched the ocean, heard the waves, wonderful spot. Plenty of space for 6 of us and our dog. Definitely highly recommend and would stay again.
