Approximately three miles from the end of the seawall in the Spanish Grant subdivision. Beautiful pool and hot tub along with unobstructed views of large wetland and tidal river. This is a gathering point for a huge variety of birds, which can be viewed from the large back deck.

There are beautiful views of sunsets and moon risings. Enjoy peace and quiet in your private swimming pool and in-ground hot tub. Lift available for the disabled. It is an easy walk up the street to Bermuda Beach, about 10-15 minute walk.

We go to Galveston once or twice a year. This house was by far one of the best we've stayed in. The host Rene is wonderful. The house is wonderful, and the pool was fantastic! Everything you need is there for your stay and the house was spotless. Beds are very comfortable. Thank you Rene for a very memorable stay.

beautiful property with great views and everything we needed, this house is fully stocked and loaded. Rene and Carol were attentive hosts and let us use their hoist (next door) since the one at our place was temporarily out of service. The pool was clean, with plenty of sun. Mosquitos were out in full force, so we will bring foggers with us next visit. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at Rene's home very much. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I was a bit disappointed with the Galveston beaches so I spent many days floating around the beautiful pool. The landscaping around the pool made me feel as though I was on a tropical island. The house was spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our week, We loved spending time on the back deck enjoying the view of the river/canal and all the beautiful birds. We ate breakfast there every morning. The sunsets in the evenings from the deck were beautiful. I would recommend this home without hesitation. Rene was a great host and very easy to get in touch with when we had questions.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home next to the seawall in Galveston! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views and easy access to everything we wanted to do.The house itself had every amenity we could have asked for, everything was thoughtfully provided and made our stay so comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. Even though the weather was quite windy during our trip, the perfectly heated pool completely made the experience for our kids. They spent so much time in it and had an absolute blast!Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Between the amazing location, the well-equipped space, and that incredible pool, we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Quiet, relaxing stay in a spacious pool home!

We enjoyed our stay at this well-stocked home away from the crowds. The owner is communicative and responsive. The property is well maintained and was clean. PERFECT place!

We LOVED this house for our family of 5! The host is so kind and gracious! Such a blessing! The pool and hot tub and ping pong table were absolutely awesome! The kitchen had all we needed and more and the photos don't do the master bed and bathroom justice, just incredible! This was such a blessed trip!
