The suite was fantastic and close to everything. We had a bit of a time getting the tv to work but we figured it out and got a call back really quickly from the site manager. There was snow on the stairs so we had to shovel in order to get up to the suite.
Check in was very easy. Good communication with the owners.Very clean, found it to be quiet even though we were in the city. We were very comfortable here. Would definitely recommend it and would stay here again. city.
While a little noisy at times, it was perfectly situated and perfectly equiped.A snag with the initial access was quickly and personally dealt with; thanks!I would recommend!!
Location, location, location? Well, this is not only a SUPERB location, literally park and walk around to the best of 100 Avenue ( Little White Avenue, as we call it) in the heart of Grande Prairie, but it is also an eclectic, retro and amazing apartment that was reminiscent of an East Village walk up in New York City. We cannot say enough about the funky furnishings, the comfortable bed, and the cleanliness and comforts we enjoyed. It is definitely our go to place in GP, should the hosts be kind enough to have us back! Tara Lei and John
It was great. Was grateful that I was able to park in a different spot because the one assigned to the unit was, in my opinion, to small for my large vehicle especially if the spots by it were used.
The property suited our needs. We were looking for something at a reasonable price close to the event. It. Was within walking distance. Parking was tight and the street noise was a pain but overall it was good
The amenities were horrible. The second bedroom didn’t even have a window, that is against the law. The bathroom drain was full of black mold. The kitchen was full of food from previous guests. She informed us once I got there not to use the washer because it was broke. I told she should be giving us a discount for not having laundry facilities for the first week. She just ignored me. There was not enough toilet paper, no dish soap, and only 1 garbage bag. There were no dishes to use in the oven. No snow removal off of the stairs leading up to both suites. The place was freezing cold because it is an old building. And there was no mention of only one parking spot when she knew there was 2 of us staying there. She shouldn’t be allowed to rent that place as a 2 bedroom when there is no window in the 1 bedroom. Overall it was cheaper to stay at a hotel with 2 queen beds than it was to rent through Vrbo. And the beds were hard as rock, probably from the 1990’s. this was a definite money grab and I will probably not rent through through Vrbo because of it.
This is a very nice unit. Everything you need is here and if you like being close to the action it's a perfect place to stay!
Tanya, went out of her way to accommodate me and was very easy to deal with!
