Very cozy, close to Coligny, family friendly. The pool in this complex wasn’t well maintained in comparison to others we’ve stayed at.

Great Stay

We loved this condo. It was updated and very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The walk to the beach took about 8 minutes. We were in close proximity to many shops and restaurants that we could walk to. The only problem we had was with the streaming service (Pluto) used for the tv. It was constantly pausing and very hard to watch anything. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Super cute condo, walking distance to the beach!

This condo was very well decorated and well kept! Check in/check out process was easy. When we come to Hilton Head, we usually stay in this area for the beach convenience. We were a little disappointed to find out that the unit doesn’t supply anything for the beach (wagon, chairs, beach towels, etc), so we had to go purchase some things. This was a first for us in this area. I would also have to agree with the other reviews about the footsteps upstairs. I didn’t pay much attention to them, but they drove our kids crazy! Just know that you can hear almost everything above you. All in all it’s a great condo!

VERY NICE UPDATED VILLA BUT UPSTAIRS NOICE WAS HORRIBLE

THE INTERIOR OF THIS VILLA WAS GREAT!! THE ONLY ISSUE WE HAD WAS THE PEOPLE RIGHT ABOVE US. WE COULD EVERY SINGLE STEP "STOMP." A YOUNGER CROWD AND VERY LOUD WAS UPSTAIRS SO EVEN THOUGH THIS IS SO NICE ON THE INSIDE, YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING ABOVE YOU WHICH MADE MY TRIP NOT GOOD.
