This townhome has been updated with new beautiful flooring and full master bath remodel. A fully equipped kitchen including ceramic tile, crown molding, ceiling fans, granite countertops, and attractive furnishings. To guarantee your comfort, the master bedroom is equipped with a chiropractic king-size mattress, Roku TV in Master Bedroom, cable TV on first floor. The second bedroom is bright and cheerful and is equipped with two twin beds. Additional comfort lies ahead on the patio chairs or at one of the two courtyard pools. Parents with small children are sure to love the children's pool alone. MUST BE 30 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT & PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
