The apartment in the house Nordseeperle 2. Floor is located in a dead end, directly behind the dike.
The apartment was extensively renovated in 2018, including new flooring, new kitchen, and new furniture.
They overlook the island of Neuwerk and the world shipping route. It is a very well maintained house.
The apartment has 2 balconies. On one you can have breakfast in the glorious morning sun, on the other you can enjoy the lake view and the afternoon sun until sunset over Neuwerk.
A lockable bicycle garage is available.
Covered beds and shower and towel sets are standard.
You will enjoy the tranquility, but also go in 10 minutes to the bustling center of Duhnen. Here you will find various shops and restaurants. A bakery and a beach snack with foot shower (delicious fish sandwiches, sausages, drinks, etc.) is located in the immediate vicinity (about 300 meters).

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und Lage, direkt am Strand und Zentrum in der Nähe, freizeitmöglichkeit wie Wattwanderung, wattwagen nach Neuwerk auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Kommunikation vor der Reise mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und die Gästekarten waren auch rechtzeitig vor der Einreise zugeschickt. Es wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat, die Gästekarten ins wallet im handy importieren könnten

Gemütliche Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit wenigen Gehminuten am Strand entlang zum Zentrum Duhnens, wo wir uns beim leckeren Essen und Eiergrog für den Rückweg bei der kühlen Jahreszeit aufwärmen konnten. Sehr schöne Bars auch ganz in der Nähe dUntef

Schöne Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Wie schön, wenn man direkt vom Esstisch aus das Meer sehen kann! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Toll für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: alle Steckdosen in Bodennähe haben eine Kindersicherung. :)Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell am Strand

Schöne Lokation

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Zone, man ist aber in 5 Minuten an den ersten Restaurants. Ansonsten alles toll. Die elektrisch verstellbare Couch (in 3 individuell verstellbare Sitze) war mal echt was besonderes für eine Ferienwohnung.

Eine Auszeit-Insel

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Eine wirklich gut durchdachte und geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Ausstattung, besonders das Relaxsofa war ein Highlight und der Blick zur Seeseite, zur Insel Neuwerk. Die Lage ist ruhig, wir hatten die Fahrräder mit, so dass wir in kurzer Zeit überall hingekommen sind. Aber selbst zu Fuß ist der Strand und die Innenstadt von Duhnen gut zu erreichen. Super ist auch die Fahrradgarage - hier wäre lediglich ein Innenlicht evtl noch ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Fazit: Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit sehr gerne wieder buchen.

Gemütlich und komfortabel

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die technische Ausstattung war hervorragend (relativ schnelles WLAN, hochwertiges TV, topp ausgestattete Küche). Mit Blick auf unsere Ebikes ist der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen ebenfalls positiv hervorzuheben. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls positiv erwähnenswert. Etwas ab vom Schuss, aber das Zentrum ist fußläufig trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Alles in Allem: Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Kaiser sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erholt. PS: Nach langen Fahrradtouren, kam uns das Relaxsofa natürlich sehr entgegen😉👍

Tolle Wohnung für Zwei

Tolle FeWo, perfekt für 2 Personen. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche. Sogar die Messer waren scharf! Der Eigentümer hat sich die Mühe gemacht, in einem Ordner alles gut zu zu beschreiben, was wichtig ist. Positiv ist auch zu erwähnen, das man die Gästekarten und die Zugangscodes zum Haus und der Wohnung vorab per Post bekommt. Somit entfällt eine lästige Abholung und Abgabe vor Ort. Toller seitlicher Blick von der Essecke und von einem der beiden Balkone auf das Watt und die Insel Neuwerk. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand und die Promenade sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir buchen dieses Objekt gerne wieder !!! Martina und Klaus Effer

Check in war um 15uhr kamen erst um 16uhr in die Wohnung. Der anruf bei der Agentur war sehr unfreundlich.Eigentlich sehr ruhige Lage wenn man von den Geräuschen die man von zuhause kennt absieht..Rasenmäher Trimmer Kinder geschrei auf dem Spielplatz oder unnützes hupen auf dem Parkplatz. Gute Sauna im Keller für 2/30minGute Lage 15min bis zur Stadt Duhinen
