In an old mill dating from the eighteenth century completely renovated from 2022 to 2026, come and rest 2 km from the ocean. Close to the Vendée corniche, a stone's throw from the shops, you can get around by bike, leaving your car...
The station of St Hilaire de Riez, on the Nantes-Saint Gilles-Croix-de-Vie line, 10 minutes from the mill, even allows you to come without a car (see photo).
Discover the charm of living in round rooms, on 4 levels: kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom on the 1st floor, living room on the 2nd floor and bedroom on the 3rd floor!
The mill is located on a 300 m² plot, fully fenced.
You will also have at your disposal a terrace with a pergola, under which a table and 4 chairs await you.

Hébergement atypique pour 2pers dans un ancien moulin très bien rénové, tout à été bien étudié. Quartier très calme. Très bon accueil, propriétaire très réactif. Logement propre et bien équipé. Par contre ne convient pas à des pers ne pouvant pas monter des marches. Hyper U à peine 5 minutes en voitureL océan est à 3 kms On recommande !
