CASA–Bastide provençale Sainte-Victoire

Discover the authentic charm of Provence in this bright bastide, originally dating back to the 19th century, nestled in an exceptional green setting at the foot of Mont Sainte-Victoire, along the famous Bibémus trail. Located less than 5 minutes from the historic centre of Aix-en-Provence, it offers a rare balance between absolute tranquillity and immediate proximity to the city.

Spacious and comfortable, the house can accommodate up to six guests. It features three beautiful bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), high-quality bedding, and a restful atmosphere. Two bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, complete the sleeping area.

Designed for a pleasant stay in all seasons, the bastide is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a fireplace, inviting cosy evenings. You will also benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, Bluetooth speakers, as well as a selection of books and board games. A travel cot can be provided for young children.

The living area opens onto a large south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying a sunny breakfast or sharing an outdoor dinner. A second, more intimate and shaded terrace, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, offers a privileged setting for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet aperitif.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for both short and long stays: dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, freezer, refrigerator, crockery, and cookware. Two dining areas allow for convivial moments with family or friends.

The property extends over a magnificent 3,000 m² terraced landscaped garden. Comprising four completely independent and not overlooked accommodations, it guarantees peace and privacy for everyone. Only the parking area is shared between guests.

A place of inspiration for the painter Paul Cézanne, the Bibémus trail immerses you in the emblematic landscapes of Provence. Provençal markets, festivals, restaurants, and monuments of Aix-en-Provence are only a few minutes away.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and the beds are made up before your arrival. Pets are accepted upon request with a fifty euros supplement. There are pets living on the property.
