- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4: each with twin beds (90x190), sleeping 6 people
- A shower room with shower and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have provided the following additional facilities: washing machine, plancha.

Outside:
- An indoor swimming pool (private, heated) 10 m x 4 m open from 1ᵉʳ May to 1ᵉʳ October.
- A 3,000 m² private garden, not enclosed and open onto the vineyards.
- An 80 m² terrace including a 25 m² shaded courtyard (housing a plancha, a dart board and a table for 8 people), in front of the south-facing swimming pool.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
