Both properties have a high quality and lovingly furnished feel-good amenities, 2 separate bedrooms (1 x with TV), 2 bathrooms, 50-inch Full HD TV + Sky TV and fireplace in living area, free Wi-Fi access, washing machine, dryer , a sun terrace, WEBER charcoal grill & a garden with plenty of space to relax & play. On hot & cold days, in humid and dry weather, the wood of the house creates the balance & ensures a unique feel-good climate.

The beach, restaurants & marina are within easy walking distance of the house.

You expect a comfortable semi-detached house with each about 80 m² of living space, spread over 2 levels. Each house has a living and dining area with open, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (4 beds), 2 bathrooms (1 full bath with whirlpool, 1 shower room), 1 terrace, WEBER charcoal grill and a garden, the middle between the two halves of the house has children's play equipment (swing, slide & sandpit).

A communal storage room of the house has washer & dryer (free use of both halves, detergent please bring along). Each half of the house is heated by central heating by means of radiators.

The floors in the house were equipped with allergen friendly floor coverings (tiles & laminate). The wooden terrace is accessed from the living and dining area. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside.

The living and dining area convinces with its comfortable feel-good equipment. Here, a high-quality wood fireplace provides additional cozy warmth on cool days. Enjoy a glass of crackling fire (firewood optional). The comfortable corner sofa and an armchair invite you to relax. Enjoy a cozy evening in front of the big 50-inch Full HD TV.
