Sturdy House with an Ocean View, great sunsets, quiet and safe neighborhood, fast free wifi, washer and dryer, full kitchen, large refrigerator, family room, dining table, flat screen tv, cable, and just a couple of minutes drive from a great snorkeling beach. Parking is easy in a private driveway and you'll enjoy all the nature of the North Shore. Property listed is for the entire 1st floor of this home. You will have your own separate front door entrance to the 1st floor rental that includes 3 bedrooms, bathroom with walk in shower, full sized kitchen with 2 tables for eating and workstation, living area with large TV - 2 couches. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee pot, full size refrigerator, gas stove and oven.

Quiet and Roomy

Stayed on this property for 5 days while some repairs were done in my place. Chris was very communicative and answered any and all questions. The rooms are spacious. It's a quiet area but easily accessible. The property was very clean and well put together. Lots of seating and a big kitchen.

Mixed work /vacation trip

Property is the "entire" first floor. It was a great property for me as a "business" traveler/work trip. Kitchen area had 2 tables - so I was able to set up a "work" station that did not interfere with sitting at the table for a meal. 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, living area and big kitchen with dining area. Living area has a very nice couch & TV in living area, kitchen with gas stove and oven - full size refrig., coffee pot, & microwave. If you have not been to island before - some places that say they have "stove" but have the single burner countertop -single burner & not a real stove. Great property for parents with kids, extended stay, or just someone who does not like to eat out breakfast lunch dinner. This property offers you a place to sit down/relax besides your bed in a small hotel room. Property is on the "north" side of the island - located outside the "tourist" area - about a 15 minute drive to get to "tourist" area in Garapan. Neighborhood was quite - no road noise or guest stomping around above you.

Debbie, thanks for being a great guest and for the review. This property is located just a couple of minutes up on the hill above Pau Pau Beach and very close to the Kensington Hotel. It's also very close to the Northern Coastal attractions like the Grotto (ten minutes), Banzai Cliff (5 minutes), Suicide Cliff (10 Minutes), and Bird Island (10 Minutes). Marianas Trekking activity company is located abotu 5 minutes away and they have a go kart track, driving range, off roading, snorkeling, etc. Please come back anytime!
