Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. NOTE- NO A/C.

We had a wonderful time renting this condo. It had absolutely everything for us from fire wood, to games, access to the hot tub and pool. The best part was how close it was to purgatory. It was clean, cozy, and a great experience.

Perfect Couple’s Getaway

This unit was the perfect setting for our week in Durango. Very nicely decorated, clean, nice views, and easy checkin/checkout. Perfect space for a couple and much better than staying at a hotel. We would defintely stay here again!

We stay at these condos each year. This little studio is perfect for our needs as a couple - cheaper than the in town hotels and closer to the activities we love to do.

The room was nice and clean. The owner was a little delayed in responding to messages. The internet says it disconnects at 11 am on the checkout day; however it does not. The internet shut off before we woke up the morning of checking out. We were waiting to see what news was on but we were unable to access any kind of news or internet connection until after we got out of the building on our way home. Other than that it was a nice place to stay for my daughter’s wedding.
