Located in Long Beach, this 49 unit facility is a quieter and the condo is fully furnished and sleeps FOUR. Each bedroom has its own private bath with a half bath on the main floor.

There is a swimming pool with patio and grilling facilities. Easy access to the beach and minutes from casinos, golfing, shopping and dining. An hour from New Orleans for sight-seeing and Mardi Gras.

My children and I had an amazing 8 days at this location! Everything from the communication to the condition of the condo was beyond my expectations. The area was so peaceful, homey, and showed true southern hospitality. Once we entered the condo, we were in awe, as the pictures don't do justice for the beauty it truly has in-person. The hosts were rare, helpful, and genuine folks. This was probably one of our favorite stays and we would definitely highly recommend and be back to visit again!

This was home away from home! Jerry and Lana's condo was spotlessly clean and is very well-maintained. The small personal touches here and there reflected warmth and character and made us feel we were among family. The beds were very comfortable, shopping and dining were close by, and you couldn't ask for a lovelier view than waking to a gulf view every morning! We even caught a lightning storm one night! For the past 10 years we have stayed at VRBO properties in several Southern States for our annual "Spring Break", and in this property we certainly 'hit the jackpot'! Jerry was great! Communication was never a problem. The location couldn't have been better. Short walk across the street to the beach. Ocean views from front top deck, front door and back deck area. Everything was nice and clean. The pool was a wonderful addition as we used it a few times and basically had it all to ourselves. Walmart is a short distance down the road in Pass Christian to buy all your essentials and food for your stay. The ice cream place in downtown Pass Christian was very good. We also enjoyed visiting some of the casinos in the area. If you love to gamble, check out Island View for promotions and the Silver Slipper in Bay St. Louis. We received free play and free meals at both. We also visited Treasure Bay and a few in Biloxi. We had a lot of fun and since the weather wasn't the best our first few days, it was nice to have something to do indoors. It was a relaxing vacation and would definitely consider visiting again. Thanks again Jerry and Lana for sharing your home with us!

Short Trip

The property is directly across the boulevard from the beach. It’s in a quiet location and close enough to all the attractions around the area. I would recommend staying here if you’re needing a place for a couple of days or couple of weeks.

We have been coming to the Gulf Coast for almost twenty five years. We enjoy the views of the ocean, casinos and trips to New Orleans. We previously owned another condo but lost it to Katrina in 2005. After looking for the right place to purchase, we found the unit at Beau Clair. We enjoy renting it out, not only to get added income but to hear back from our guests about their experience at our condo. We spend time here on & off over the year and rent it out when we are back home in Wisconsin.
