On the Port of Hyères, this large and very bright T2 benefits from a triple exposure (S, E, N). Located on the 6th floor, you will enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the hills, not overlooked. A balcony to the south for meals, another to the west to enjoy the sunsets.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people:
In the living room, a large corner sofa and 2 convertible 1-seater sofas 100X200 (with mattress for more comfort), TV and wifi.
Bedroom: 160X200 bed, many cupboards.
Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as hygiene products. Private parking space, very appreciable in season.
Kindergarten at the bottom of the building. Many shops and restaurants nearby, pharmacy, diving club, as well as shuttles to the Iles d'Or (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Ile du Levant). Market on Sunday morning.
Racecourse, beach and salt marshes within walking distance (paradise for ornithologists).
Close to the Giens Peninsula and its coves, and the beach of Almanarre (International Spot for sailing sports)
Nearby activities: Magic World, Karting, Water park, Flea market on Sundays.
