About this property

The rustic holiday home on the sunny slope

Küblis in the beautiful Prättigau is the starting point for many summer and winter activities. In summer ideal for hiking, biking, trips by car, post bus or train. In winter, the ski areas of Klosters and Davos are at the door. Our house is just as good for just relaxing and doing nothing. On the garden seat you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Prättigau mountains.

Küblis is part of the tourism destination Davos / Klosters and offers many attractive advantages with the guest card.

The house Stutz is a semi-detached house and is located on the sunny slope above Küblis (804 m), about 800 m from the village center. The right part of the house offers 3 bedrooms, one of which has separate access via the shared staircase. The train station is about 1200m away. In summer you can reach the house by car and there is a parking space. The steep driveway is not suitable for vans or buses. In winter there is parking in the village and the house can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Great family long weekend

Great property, lovely and clean and a very helpful and kind host. Thank You Herr Saxer for the extra support. We really enjoyed our stay and our skiing in Klosters. The house is well maintained as you would expect. The bedrooms are on split level 2 in the main apartment and one downstairs. We will be back as it’s great

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Skitourenwoche. Das Haus ist perfekt sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche hat eine gute Ausstattung. Eine sonnige Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen am Nachmittag ein. Die Straße zum Haus ist schmal, aber es sind Parkplätze für mindestens zwei Autos vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Clean Mountain Home

Cozy mountain home with very clean and charming interior. Unpdated kitchen and bathroom. Had everything we needed (television, dishwasher, teapot). Perfect location. The home made for a wonderful mountain holiday. Herr Saxer is very accommodating and is very easy to work with. Thank you Herr Saxer! We hope to visit again!
