Check in was very easy, enough beds and bathrooms for our large family, soft towels and great pillows! Kitchen was roomy enough for meal preparation. Would definitely stay here again.

First off, the house is located in a nice, quiet residential area. It looks well maintained and is just darling! Very comfortable and warm. The house was well stocked and in a nice location for shopping. I'd stay there again if need be.

Here for Softball Tournament Stay

House was perfect for space. The upstairs bedrooms were hot and there were reviews that did say that prior to our stay and we were ther in June, but was hoping it to not be true. We made the best of it. There was some pet leftovers under one of the beds upstairs that I’m assuming just got missed while cleaning prior to our arrival, we cleaned it up and sprayed some smell good spray and that was over. Otherwise the house was perfect for the space we needed and location was great. Host was very responsive.

Our stay

It was in a nice neighborhood and easily accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. If you plan to do any cooking, bring your own sharp knives as there were just two in the kitchen. Our only concern is that it could have been a bit cleaner, but it was not horrible.

Nice place, excellent host

The house was pretty nice, a few problems with some of the cleaning crew. I understand it was a third party that will not be back. Laura was excellent, quick to respond and very friendly. She allowed us to check in early. Great place, I would stay there again.

Review

The weather was very hot. The house did not cool down even at night. We had to purchase fans and use all of the fans in the house. We do not know if the A/C was large enough or if it is need of repair. The upstairs was extremely hot. Also, the facility was not as clean as it could have been. The cleaning staff may need to put some extra time with more detailed cleaning. Also there were no extra trash liners. The only trash container that had a liner was in the kitchen. The bathroom containers did not have liners.

Location, Location, Location!

This property is located in the most perfect location! Easy access to shopping, dining and the expressway. Very close proximity to MNU- which was perfect for us to visit our son! House is exactly as described for which we appreciated. The covered outdoor space was nice to have- despite the bad weather. You will not be disappointed with the convenience of this home as well as the nice amenities provided. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit our son. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Overall positive

The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood with little traffic. However, it was July and the home was very warm when we arrived. It took hours to cool the place down and the first night was miserable sleeping upstairs. The kitchen had was equipped for cooking meals for our family. Plenty of linen. Overall, I would recommend this property and I would stay again.

Great location

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the MAVS complex in Lenexa. I couldn't get over how great the location was for the tournament and for shopping and dining. Everything we needed was within a 5 minute drive! Property was about as clean as most, though the sheets in our room had pet hair on them. It wasn't enough to make a difference for us. We did have non-family teens (girl and boy) staying with us and they used the upstairs rooms, which connected via a Jack and Jill bathroom and they couldn't get the doors to lock. I just hadn't realized it was shared that way, so it was a bit awkward for the non-family guests. Otherwise, we were comfortable for the 2 nights, there were no incidents, and I'd recommend it for the location above all else! Neat little property.

Wonderful wedding HQ

Our son was getting married at Cedar Valley Forest. The home was absolutely perfect for 11 people our dog. Neighborhood, convenient location & the home- we couldn’t find any flaws.

Fantastic home!

This house was clean, comfortable, and just lovely! I always wonder about the showers so in case you do too, I’ll tell you- they are fantastic. Great water pressure. Plenty of space in all the rooms. The neighborhood is wonderful and the host was easy to work with. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
