Cable car, skisport facilities 30 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thunersee 13 km, Brienzersee 13 km. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Stairs narrow, spiral. Arrival is only possible with the train from Lauterbrunnen (14min journey).

Wengen brilliant

Lots of ventilation with windows and french windows on both sides. We knew the spiral staircase was a killer especially carrying suitcases up and down. After a long day out it took the strain to get up to the flat. Noisy bar and takeaway ( well into early morning) but got the window closing and opening to a fine art. Thanks to all concerned.

Excellent location. Stairway is very narrow as described. Bed comfortable, but only two pillows. No hair dryer and no washer or dryer. Kitchen very well stocked and nice living space. Cannot beat location literally 2 minute walk from train station. Communication was not the best I had sent several emails with questions and no response and we had miscommunication on arrival day.

good facilities, plenty of space

enjoyed staying here, good location. everything needed was there. plenty of space. kitchen had everything. nice big fridge/freezer. bathroom fine, but careful in the shower as is doesn't have a non-slip tray (i'm in my mid-60s and not so mobile as i was!). some cleaning implements may be useful - small vacuum or even dustpan and brush for the kitchen and a mop for the bathroom floor. the slippers for the floor were a nice touch. consider the stairs carefully if physically impaired.

Spacious apartment and perfect location!

This apartment was a great place to stay, especially if you plan on doing hiking (or skiing). It is right in the middle of town and literally a 1 minute walk to the Mannlichen lift and a 2 minute walk to the train station. The mattress and pillow were very comfortable. The shower is small, but the water pressure is fantastic and there seemed to be plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well equipped. The only improvement I would make is to have more comfortable chairs on the balcony. They are wooden and not cozy for sitting out there and reading. The balcony is narrow and can only accommodate small chairs, but even so, I think a more comfortable chair should be possible.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Charme

Optimal gelegen: sehr zentral zur Gondel/Bahn, Restaurants, Supermarkt. Sehr einfache / bequeme Einlagerung der Skier / Ski-Schuhe (direkt gegenüber), was das Schleppen erspart. Das Appartement ist in einem tollen alten Wengener Haus - alte, tiefe Fenster / Balkon und sehr schöner Wohnungs-Schnitt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Zusammenfassend: ideal um einfach eine schöne Zeit in Wengen zu erleben.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Guter Einrichtungsstand. Sehr steile Treppe zur Ferienwohnung; nicht für gehbehinderte Personen geeignet. In der Küche eine kleine Pfanne mit Deckel + ein Brotmesser wünschenswert. Nur 2 Wassergläser vorhanden. 2 zusätzliche Kopfkissen wünschenswert.

Un petit nid douillet au coeur de Wengen

Cet appartement est très bien situé au cœur du village. Bien que la chambre à coucher donne sur la rue principale, il est calme, y compris la nuit puisqu'il n'y a pas de voitures. Il est meublé avec goût et confortable. Deux remarques cependant : 1. Il manque de la vaisselle et surtout des ustensiles si l’on veut se préparer à manger 2. les escaliers pour y monter sont très raides et peu commodes avec les bagages. Néanmoins, nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine et nous n'hésiterions pas le louer à nouveau ou à le recommander.

Schmucke Wohnung im Zentrum von Wengen

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Skiwoche in Wengen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Einzig die Betten waren etwas hart; gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Wohnung ist nur 100 m von der Gondelbahn Männlichen entfernt; einfach perfekt zum Skifahren. Und dank der Partnerschaft von Interhome mit Intersport Wengen konnten wir direkt neben der Talstation unsere Skis und Skischuhe deponieren.
