Lake Sanguinet is accessible directly on foot by a small path from the residence — a few minutes are enough to lay your towel on its sandy shores and enjoy swimming, paddleboarding or sailing. Right in front of the apartment, you will find all the shops you need as well as the local market, ideal for stocking up on fresh and regional products.
Thrill seekers will reach the mythical Dune du Pilat in less than 20 minutes, the highest dune in Europe with its breathtaking panoramas of the Atlantic Ocean. The beaches of the ocean, the Bassin d'Arcachon and its oyster beds are also quickly accessible for unforgettable days.
For nature and cycling lovers, the cycle paths of the Landes massif stretch as far as the eye can see from your doorstep. Pine forest, shady paths and authentic villages: everything is there for a perfect nature getaway.

Located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, this T3 comfortably accommodates up to 4 people. Bright, well laid out and carefully decorated in a warm seaside spirit, it will offer you all the comfort you need to fully enjoy your stay.
The living room open to the kitchen is the central living space: comfortable sofa, dining table for 4, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful natural light crosses the room and gives access to the furnished balcony, your privileged relaxation area to enjoy a coffee in the sun or end the evening under the stars.
🛏️ The bedrooms
The first bedroom, decorated in a marine spirit with its blue and white striped linen, has a large double bed with integrated headboard, bright bedside tables and wooden bench. A soft and relaxing room that smells like holidays.
The second bedroom, cosy and bright, is equipped with two single trundle beds to accommodate 2 people. Decorated in a natural and bohemian spirit, it is ideal for children or two friends.
