The top floor is a living room full of windows to capture as much light and seaside views as possible. The ceiling even has skylights to maximize the island appeal. There is a breakfast bar and Keurig machine for quick and easy coffee in the mornings in the newly-renovated kitchen. For dinner, enjoy the sizeable dining room table, or relax casually at the smaller breakfast table, perfect for playing board games or working on a week-long puzzle project. The large sliding glass door opens onto another generous wraparound deck where you’ll be able to sit with your coffee and enjoy the ocean breeze each morning.
