Panoramic views of the sound and marsh, and easy walking to the beach, less than 5 minutes and we are pet friendly.This Frisco gem has it all.
On the first level you will find 3 bedrooms, two with a shared hall bath and master with its own bath. Convenient hall laundry near bedrooms. Shaded deck with beautiful sound views!! The second level offers a kitchen with an island and everything you need to cook with and serve with. Living and dining area with access to the sundeck, half bath.

Great stay in Frisco

Great stay for four guests and our dog! House was clean and well stocked, with a gorgeous view of Pamlico sound. The multi level decks are great- you can be outside with a view either shaded or in the sun. Looking forward to returning soon!

Love the house and the location. Frisco is a beautiful part of OBX. Very convenient beach access, beautiful views of the sound, Very well furnished, overall an excellent experience. It will be our go to house in the future if available..

Last Minute Beach/Fishing Trip

Very nice, clean and comfortable house with a great bay view. Short drive to the Frisco lifeguarded beach. Only drawback is the proximity to Route 12 if you are not used to traffic noise.

Amazing!!!

We had such a great experience! The house was clean, communication with the host was easy, and the location was everything (and more) than we had hoped! If you have furry friends itā€™s the perfect accommodation for them too! We loved walking down the board walk to the sound and watching the sunset from the back porch. We were sad to leave but we canā€™t wait to come back!

Absolutely beautiful location and a lovely house. It had everything we needed, great views and a convenient location. I actually liked the steps, and the climb over the dunes at the beach!

The house was very clean and the views are amazing! We managed to catch the sunset every night. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we could possibly need and the beds were very comfy! A great place to stay and we will definitely return!

Awesome Week

We had a great week, part vacation and part 29th anniversary celebration. We loved being close to the sound and the ocean all at one location. The sunsets were amazing. The house is well stocked and we loved our stay. I have already recommended this house to friends.

This house is wonderful, it's close to the Frisco beach access so 4x4 on the beach was a breeze. Close to many good restaurants and stores if you need them. The house has plenty of room, there was 4 of us and if you wanted to get away it was not a problem. The view of the sound was fantastic.

From check - in to check out everything was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and very close to all my favorite restaurants. The deck provides a view of the breathtaking sunset or a quick game of Uno. The beach is a quick walk across the street and the outdoor shower is so refreshing. We canā€™t wait to come back!

There is no access to the sound. Please allow access to the sound from the property and cut bushes to enter the sound to use a kajak. thank you

Absolutely Spectacular!

We truly enjoyed our family vacation in Frisco. Communication with owner was immediate and very helpful. House was so clean and comfortable and has spectacular views of the sound and sunsets! Appliances are new and we felt at home in the kitchen. Access to beach is a short walk across the street. Our week went by way too fast!

Much needed Frisco July 4th week getaway

We have 3 boys, 13, 18, and 21. For the first time we let them all bring a friend and brought our dog Lucy with us. The house was lovely! The kitchen was well stocked. We are late almost every mean in. We had plenty of room! The sound sunset views were AMAZING! We chose to drive to the very close Frisco beach access every day that had bathrooms and showers. The beach there was incredible & had plenty of room & life guards. Highly recommend!!!

We found the property very clean but dated. Appliances were usable but broken and taped. Could not open all sliders, screens missing or the rollers broken on bottom of doors. The location however was perfect, area restaurants so good!!! With repairs/updating we would give a 5

Hatteras throwback

We hadnā€™t been to Hatteras in years! We had a great week, weather was good, very windy, but kept things cool and cut down on the bugs! The house was nice, just as described and the beds were comfy. We had everything we needed to cook, as we did most meals at the house! Location is great too, right near the beach ramp to drive out to the beach. The sound was beautiful, the walk to get there was a bit overgrown, that would be my only recommendation is to have the path weedeated a bit, but we made it through almost daily to let the pups swim and once you got down there it was quite lovely! Thanks for an awesome week!

What makes this property unique

My house has panoramic views of the sound. you can sit and relax having coffee or a cold beverage and relax on either deck. You can walk to the ocean or a short ways south of the house there is a bath house area to park and go to the beach, or a bit further up there is a parking area to go to the sound or ocean. Kite boarding can be seen at times from the decks and very short ride to shopping, dining,docks and beaches and ferry to ride to Ocracoke for the day.
