SEMI OCEAN FRONT 5 BEDROOM COTTAGE HAS OCEAN VIEW FROM NEW TOP DECK!

SAILFISH IN AVON is a lovely 5 bedroom beach cottage located on an ocean front cul de sac that is seconds away from beach access. You do not have to cross a street to go over the dunes.! Walk out the front door of Sailfish, go to the street, (S. Beachcomber) turn to your right and go north on S. Beachcomber). Go past the next door neighbor' s house and the wooden walkway to the beach is right after the neighbor s house. Turn right and go over the dunes on the wooden walkway to the lovely beach. We also accept pets. There is a pet fee. Part of our renovation this year is new flooring. NO carpet anywhere except for the stairs.
OUR OTHER RENOVATION includes NEWLY CONSTRUCTED. OUTSIDE STAIRS AND DECKS! We also have all stainless steel kitchen appliances. We have a Keurig coffee pot as well as a Mr. Coffee.
ITEMS YOU MUST BRING:
Please be advised that you must bring your own sheets and pillowcases for 3 queen, and 4 twin beds. We supply quilts and bedspreads. Also bring your own towels, both bath and beach.
Please bring personal, washer and dishwasher soaps plus shampoo.
.Avon is a great village with a Food Lion, ice cream shops, gift shops, Studio 12 for pottery painting and terrific restaurants. We also have a new CANDY STORE! Come spread your blanket on our gorgeous beach. You are also within walking distance (3/4 mile on the beach) of the Avon Pier.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SEPTEMBER THRU APRIL IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM AND MAY THRU AUGUST IS A 7 NIGHT MINIMUM. PLEASE TEXT US IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION.

Rooms were clean and tidy. They had dressers & nightstands for each bed. The bathrooms, kitchen and common area were also clean and accomodated our group 9 adults between 16 and 72 easily. We walked to an ice cream shop after dinner one night. Grocery store and restaurants were easily accessible. The walk to the beaches just 5 minutes depending on how much gear you take. We definitely recommend this property.

Great stay at Sailfish!

My family of four adults, two children and two dogs greatly enjoyed our stay at Sailfish. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking in, if desired. We particularly enjoyed the deck with great views of the ocean, and the proximity to the beach.
