It's centrally located with easy access to Murphy, NC and Blairsville, GA.. Whether you're into nature and love to hike or go white-water rafting...or prefer to pass an afternoon antique shopping or visiting one of the local vineyards or breweries...this cabin is the perfect "base camp". Motorcycle enthusiasts will love the proximity to some of the best highway riding in the country including The Tail of the Dragon and The Gauntlet. End the day relaxing on the porch or beside a fire.

Great place to stay

Our stay at Goldyloks Cottage was a great experience. Check in was easy and the cabin was cozy and inviting. The hosts, Phil and Karen, had a delicious jam and honey gift for us upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very clean. Nice location and close to town but still private. Our family would highly recommend this cabin and we plan on visiting again.

So many personal touches!!

Place was amazing, host were great and very responsive,, perfect landing place so so many great places all around or just relaxing in the cabin as the deer scamper about. It is my new must stay!!!!

When it's time to unwind, there is no better place than here! Peace and tranquility abound, whether on the screened-in porch, next to the fire or just relaxing in a recliner in front of the TV. The cabin is in a wonderful area away from the hustle and bustle but not too far away from civilization. It affords a great place to relax while making trips to Murphy, NC and Blairsville, GA very convenient. Near by vineyards and breweries will quench your thirst...or you can try your luck at Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino.

What makes this property unique

Unlike some cabins in these mountains, the roads leading to Goldyloks' Cottage are all hard-surfaced and easily navigated. No 4-wheel drive required. Nature and wildlife abound and it's a very walkable area.
