In the village, a 45 m² apartment located on the ground floor of a terraced house with another rental on the upper floor. It comprises: - Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (140x190 cm) - Kitchen - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) (cannot be joined) - Shower room/WC Accepts 2 people free of charge with sleeping arrangements on the sofa bed in the living room Vaulted ceilings Views of the valley and mountains Narrow access road for the last 200 meters - 4 m² terrace - 120 m² enclosed garden with fruit trees and a pergola (opposite the cottage) - Garden furniture - Sun loungers - Barbecue - 1 private parking space in front of the cottage - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Beds made upon arrival
