Located 2 km from Francardo, on a 10,000 m² property surrounded by nature, this gîte is on the first floor of a detached house (ground floor uninhabited) and adjoins another gîte (58421). It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x190 cm bed - Shower room/WC - Private covered terrace of 20 m² with garden furniture - 2 shared terraces on the ground floor with garden furniture - Built-in barbecue - Shared infinity pool (10x5 meters, depth: 1.65 meters), open from May 9th to October 24th, and secured by a safety barrier. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - 150 m² poolside area with sun loungers - Outdoor shower - 2 parking spaces on the property (electric gate) - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Filter and capsule coffee makers - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Beds made upon arrival A relaxing stay beween Balagne and Central Corsica
