Less than 3 kilometers from the sea, a cottage for 8 people with a 200 m² terrace, table tennis and spa On a 2200 m² property, a 120 m² apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a detached house including the owners' apartment on the ground floor. The entrance is separate. It is comprised as follows: On level 1: - Living room/kitchen - Shower room/Restrooms (walk-in shower) On level 2 (accessed via a staircase of approximately ten steps): - 2 bedrooms, each with one double bed (140x200 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm) (can be joined upon request) - 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (90x200 cm) (the upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old) - Bathroom - Restrooms Access to the cottage is via a staircase from the ground floor. 2 steps between the living room and the kitchen area. - 2200 m² shared fenced area - 200 m² terrace - Garden furniture - Lounge area - 2 sun loungers - Gas griddle - 4-person hot tub secured by an alarm (open from June 6th to September 26th) - Outdoor shower with hot water - Table tennis - Hammock - Covered shelter - 3 parking spaces on the property (access via a steep paved road) - Electric gate - Air conditioning in the bedrooms - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - American-style refrigerator/freezer - Standard and capsule coffee makers - Electric capsule kettle - Television - Wi-Fi - Fireplace (wood provided) - Library - Hair dryer - Towel warmer
