A good stay

Nice place, all newly renovated. Comfortable. Right next to hospital so could be great for families with long term stays. There was a fair amount of Med helicopter noise, so maybe not ideal for little kids. But great for couples or parent/s w teenager. Convenient to downtown. Manager very responsive and helpful.

Needs improvement

No hot water during our stay. We messaged them shortly after getting in and they said it would be back in an hour or two. We still did not have hot water the next morning. Also, the A/C never brought the temperature down below 77. The wifi also did not work during the majority of our stay. It kept saying connected with no internet. The internet was fixed in the morning though. Host said they couldn't do anything since they don't own the building. Hopefully once all the construction is done to the whole building things will be better. It is a nice unit in a good location.
