This is a very chic condo with incredible views of the valley.I especially enjoyed watching the weather move across the horizon and the hot air balloons take flight.

The home was beautiful and in a perfect location. The whole process was smooth and easy and the hosts communicated very quickly! The only small piece of feedback was related to parking on site- since we arrived at night, it was difficult to find where to park and the lot was full. It was great once we realized there was a garage under the unit we could access once we checked in and got access to the garage door opener! Overall a 5/5!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was the best part. Fire place was cozy, the couch is sooo comfy, all beds were amazing, tons of pillows and blankets, and the Nespresso pods were the cherry on top! Will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay. Condo was perfectly located.It was very clean and updated. We were able to visit grand Teton and Yellowstone.was close enough to Jackson and still had all the amenities of the resort. Highly recommend.

Amazing time in Teton village

Had a great time here. Property was clean, very close to the village center, great parking, incredible view, nice deck and grill, nice creek outside with good white noise, AC and heat, TVs with Apple TV (even though I didn’t want tv). Bed rooms all comfortable. I will stay again for sure.

Great Holiday with Family in Teton Village

What a great place to celebrate the holidays with family! We loved being walking distance to the slopes and village. The condo gave the four of us plenty of space to spread out, entertain, and make dinners. And, the team at Outpost was terrific with communications and support. We will have wonderful memories to last a lifetime.

Fantastic

We stayed here prior to our flights home from a week in Yellowstone. it was wonderful. It was clean and homey. We were able to walk to a local bar/eatery and enjoy our last night out west. Would definitely come back to Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, and this property. Thank you!

Family Trip to the Tetons

The unit has a very cool vibe, comfortable seating areas, kitchen is on the small side for 5 adults, but well appointed so we made it work, great master bedroom and bath, extra bedroom on the main level also has a full bath, loft area has a queen and one bedroom with a queen and only a half bath, wished it was a full bath, and slanted ceiling so a bit harder for us taller folk to move about, but comfy beds, nice storage cabinet and book shelving, and overall a great stay! Management is very responsive and super friendly! Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful area close to Jackson Hole

We loved the area and how close we were to Jackson and the Teton park entrance. Loved going up the tram to eat waffles at the top of the Mountain. Beautiful view of the mountains and hot air balloons were floating in front of the resort area. Only issue was the parking. Be aware that the garage has a very low clearance so you will have to park in one of the four spots available outside the garage if you drive a larger SUV like we did. We only had an issue the first night but an outside spot was available the rest of the stay.

Exceeded our expectations. We were in the area for the week, split our stay between here and a hotel in Jackson. If we could redo our vacation, we would have stayed here the whole time. Loved watching the sun rise and the cloud roll in and then melt away, while enjoying coffee from the well stocked Nespresso. Bedding and pillows were super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed and loved being able to grill. Parking was convenient. Our closest animal encounter on the trip was seeing a bear much on berries just past the balcony. We took advantage of many of the great restaurants in Teton Village and appreciated the easy access to the park. We enjoyed having access to the club down the road with the largest hot tub we've ever seen, that was a bonus. Hosts did an excellent job with communication. The only (tiny) negative is there are no closets to hang clothes in, but there are lots of hooks in the entryway. Overall definitely recommend for the views, space, location, vibe, comfy home away from home.

We had many issues. Hairs all over unit. Our code didn't work upon check in. Parking was a joke. We drive a one ton dually, so the garage was way too small and the outside parking was taken up by a man lift and there was construction equipment all over the ground in other spaces. (Ladders, wood, piles of tarp/cloth material.) There was noisy construction going on all around us our entire stay. Upon arrival we had issues with the AC and hot water. I let Outpost know the first morning and they ignored my initial message and then skirted around the issues all day long. They finally messaged at close to 11pm, asking if we'd like maintenance to come fix the AC the next day. I messaged back in the morning when I saw the text and I let them know that we DID NOT want anyone in the unit while we were away and just a few moments later the camera we had set up in the unit alerted us to the man they had sent in. I called them and let them know immediately that we knew someone was sent in the unit against our wishes and that they needed to leave. We let them know we were furious that they had violated our privacy rights. Our breakfast was cut short and we had to rush all the way back from town to make sure the man had left and that our belongings weren't tampered with. Our plans for the morning were ruined and we were all shook. Outpost downplayed the situation like it was no big deal. I don't have room for more, but we'd never trust them again.

After reviewing the communication history, we found that some of your initial messages were sent to an incorrect phone number, which unfortunately meant our team never received them and was unable to respond. Once we became aware of the issue, we worked to coordinate a solution. We also deeply regret the breakdown in communication that resulted in a member of our maintenance team stopping by the home after you had indicated you did not want anyone to enter while you were away. This was the result of an internal miscommunication between members of our team, and we completely understand why this caused frustration and concern. We sincerely apologize for the stress and disruption this caused during your vacation. Since your stay, the air conditioning issue has been fully resolved. We’re also sorry to hear that cleanliness issues, nearby construction, parking challenges, and your initial check-in experience negatively impacted your visit. While some of these circumstances were outside of our control, such as the exterior construction, we understand they nonetheless affected your overall experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback has been shared with the appropriate teams so we can continue improving our communication and the overall guest experience. I would’ve given this property a five star review but the entire time we were staying, we ran out of hot water before the first shower was over. Everything else was wonderful. Plenty of start up supplies, a nice welcome gift, clean, and great location. Too bad this issue could not be resolved. Communication with the host was always prompt but no resolution or compensation was made for the lack of hot water.
