It comprises: Ground floor: - Living room/Kitchen Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds (not to be joined) - Shower room/Restrooms Guitar Nights, 3rd week of July - Shared fenced and wooded grounds of 1700 m² - 17 m² terrace - Garden furniture - 2 sun loungers - Electric barbecue - 2 parking spaces on the property (manual gate) - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Filter and pod coffee maker - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Towel warmer - 1 standing fan Heating is extra (€30/week flat rate - payable to the owner at the beginning of your stay) In the heart of the famous Patrimonio vineyards, a spacious and comfortable gîte!
