Stone house with swimming pool in the countryside

Old barn from the beginning of the last century, renovated in 2022, combining generous volumes and modern comfort. The house has been designed as a living space open to the countryside 🐮🌳 .

Swimming pool, pergola & outdoor bar, petanque court... The large openings onto nature: everything invites you to slow down, enjoy the calm. ☀️🌹

The living room open to the outside, includes a living and dining room, a large kitchen, designed to share a good meal or simply enjoy the place.

🏡 This is my house, which I rent out occasionally when I am away. I live there all year round and I have taken the time to think about it, renovate it and furnish it as a pleasant place to live, both inside and outside.

I therefore favor travelers who respect the place, in a spirit of trust, simple, calm and friendly. ☺️🤝

The house has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, as well as 2 comfortable bathrooms.

The living room is air-conditioned for more comfort during the hottest days of summer. ❄️

Guests have access to the entire house and the outdoors: swimming pool, pergola with outdoor bar, petanque court and garden ✅.

Parking is easy in the immediate vicinity of the property 🚗.

⚠️ The 9x4m swimming pool is flat-bottomed with about 1.40m of water, so even travelers who do not know how to swim can enjoy, while remaining vigilant.
It is equipped with an alarm that complies with the regulations but does not have a barrier or protective shutter. The exteriors have relief and several levels, the house is more suitable for adults or families with children who are already autonomous. 🔒

The house does not have a TV or wifi — here you come to enjoy the peace, the countryside and the beautiful evenings 🙂🐮🌳🌜

Bed linen is provided but not towels (towels, beach, etc.)

🐱🐱 Two cats usually live at home. Even if a cleaning is done before each stay, it may not be suitable for people with severe allergies. ⚠️
They can also come and say hello if a window is left open 👋🙂
