Family-friendly perks include a collection of board games. As part of exclusive Seabrook Island, you’ll also have access to community amenities, including pools and a fitness center.

Shaded by the surrounding stately oaks, the back deck overlooks the peaceful lagoon - relax in the quiet tranquility, only broken by cricket song. Find two wooden benches on the deck and a four-person table for alfresco dining. The back patio has a gas grill for cookouts, and a hammock invites afternoon naps.

Sliding glass doors connect the back deck to the inviting living room. Curl up for a movie on the TV and enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space on the granite countertops. From dinners to board games, two six-person dining tables - one off the kitchen and one in the living area - bring everyone together.

Wake to lagoon views in the primary suite, featuring a walk-in closet, TV, and access to the back deck. Feel pampered in the en suite bathroom, replete with a walk-in shower and a large jetted soaking tub. Find added privacy in the third bedroom above the garage - it has a twin-over-double bunk bed, a TV, and an en suite half bath. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer.

A plethora of family-friendly amenities is right at your fingertips on exclusive Seabrook Island. Use the indoor and outdoor pools, beach club, and fitness center for a small daily fee. Other amenities include two golf courses, tennis courts, an equestrian center, and boat rentals. Pack up the provided beach chairs and toys to make the short 10-minute drive to Kiawah Beachwalker Park. Visit within two hours of low tide and walk to the very end of the park to watch dolphins “strand feeding” - a unique hunting behavior first observed in the wild on Kiawah Island.

2/10 Terrible

Horribly Kept House, Stay Away
What WASN’T wrong with this house? The house was dirty; crumbs everywhere in the couch and on common surfaces, grease everywhere in the kitchen cabinets and all over everything, stained and dirty cushions at the breakfast nook. The appliances were horrible, so much for the “full suite of stainless steel appliances”. The stove (not stainless steel) was a very old coil stove, and 2 of the coils were missing, leaving the stove pretty much unusable until they could get us replacements. One of the coils didn’t even work because it wasn’t set up properly, we had to fix that as well. The fridge didn’t work (was not cold at all) until we cleaned out the vents under/behind the fridge. There were exposed wires behind the washer and drier that were definitely not up to code and were a safety issue. The air filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, you could feel every spring poking into your back as you slept. There was black mold in the showers. All of the nonstick cookware was scratched beyond belief which is incredibly toxic to use. There was trash all along the side of the house we had to clean up. The grill was greasy and filthy. There was a smoker advertised in most of the booking pictures but the owner had padlocked it so no one could use it. It’s clear the property isn’t cared for and they just want to collect a paycheck from renting it out. We would never recommend this house to anyone looking to have a comfortable, relaxing vacation.

Seabrook stay
The house overall was nice , it was in a good location . Access to beach , tennis courts and Gate was very convenient. The house was dated but met our overall needs . Communication with the property management was terrible . I will not use this service again. I was given inaccurate information. Replies were absent ,delayed and unhelpful.

Seabrook house
The house was great. But I had a difficult time getting additional towels for my guess it took four days which was very disappointing.
