Would not recommend anyone
We stayed 2 nights at this rental on the fourth of July weekend. There were several issues with the place and poor management.
1) It was hard to get inside the apartment as the code that was emailed to us did not work. We had to call their customer service who gave us some instructions and a different code to enter the house. We had to wait for about 30-45 mins outside the door in the extreme hot weather. 2)Then we noticed that the roof of one of the bathrooms started leaking and there was a lot of water on the floor and the instructions we were given was to keep the room temperature above 70 to avoid condensation.
3)The wifi code and password emailed to us did not work.
4)The utensils in the kitchen were not clean and had food residue in them, we had to clean them before using.
5)Someone else had parked in the parking space allotted to us and then we had to call the customer service for help- they asked us to call the towing company to remove the car and did not help us.
The location of the rental is good, just a block from the beach. The size of the house is perfect for a family of four-five. The rental already had beach chairs which was helpful as we did not have to purchase rentals.
