The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please pick up any of your trash outside ( including cigarettes butts) dispose in the garage container outside. Strip used bed linens and place them next to beds.
If heavy duty cleaning is required, including removing any stains , additional cleaning fees $250 can be charged. Please do NOT SMOKE ( anything) inside dwelling.
Please make sure doors are locked and key placed in the lock box. Please do not open windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
