A Beach Retreat Up-Hot tub, pet-friendly, 2 blocks to beach

This private upper unit of the duplex is a bright and recently remodeled 3 bedroom beach home with free parking! Will comfortably sleep 6-8 guests. It offers a large kitchen, deck with a view of the ocean just 2 short blocks away, two full baths, washer and dryer, and electric fireplace! Plenty of free parking is available and we do allow pets (fee applies. Failure to disclose you are bringing a pet/s will result in a flat $200 fee regardless of trip length). There is plenty of room for the whole family. You will love being within a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 block walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer. No smoking! Cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather issues or concerns do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.

Very satisfied with the property and the owner. She responded fast every time we had a question. Super easy process. We arrived one hour early and the owner was able to accommodate us in the house. Will consider this property for future trip.

Clean and great location!

This upper unit of the duplex was amazing! So clean and well kept and nicely furnished too! Kitchen has everything you’d need for a week away. Having a dishwasher was great! The freezer even has an ice maker which is so key! Bedrooms were decently sized with 2 kings and a twin. None of the rooms have closets but there is a coat rack in each room with lots of hangers and small dressers in each. It was fine for our needs. We put our 1 yr old in a crib we rented in the room with the twin. The duplex is 150 second walk to the beach which was fantastic for coming home for lunch! There is also a hose on the lower level to rinse off which was very key when coming home from the beach. The location in the city was great too, only 7 min drive to Walmart, Costco, target and the mall. Really close to the boardwalk and lots of amusement parks and other attractions. When we come back to myrtle beach we will definitely rent here again!! Thanks Leigh-Anne and Sandy!

Needs better cleaners

Other than great location I will not book this place again. It was not clean to begin with And states that excessive sand will have an and states that excessive sand will have an extra cleaning fee. When we walked in there were cobwebs in the corners, all the ceilings and light fixtures. My family does not wear shoes in the house, however, needed to due to the floors, being gritty and filthy. There are many things that you need to bring with you when booking like your own pillows as they provide paper thin one, towels as they only provide one per person, toilet paper as they provide you with one full row roll, however, in my case, I got less than half of a roll,paper towels, and trash bags. Their cutlery was very old and dull so we ended up having to buy all the items listed above. No room has closet or drawer space… this experience made my husband say we will be doing hotels from now on…the host was very a kind and responsive.

Beach house

The house was clean and a very short walk to the beach. The couch was older and uncomfortable, dryer wasn't working properly but other than that it was a nice place to stay. Hot tub was wonderful

The location of the property is fantastic as it is only two blocks from the beach. The unit is very close to a great mini golf and Broadway at the Beach. The interior of the property is a bit dated but other than that, it was a great stay.

The house had everything we needed. All was in proper working order. It was in a great location. It was a nice stay overall.Note: The pillows are very thin, so if you like your head propped up at night, bring your own.

Great ocean get-away

We had a very good time. Lovely place, close to the ocean and shops. Beds were super comfortable too which helps my 6’4” tall husband! Hot tub was perfect retreat too. We had trouble with tv and WiFi and living room seating was a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise we would recommend!

Adorable little beach house

Spent the first season weekend in a clean ,cute upstairs apartment. The location was great even if the neighborhood seemed a little gritty. Would recommend to couples visiting Myrtle!

I booked this location because of the proximity to beach. My husband and I, , along with our dog Tessa had a fantastic stay. Our vacation was from June 17-24, and we loved evey minute of it.
