Beach front apartment

This beautiful holiday apartment is located on the southern edge of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. Enjoy the unique location, in the first row to the water. The Baltic Sea and the Schleim estuary are only a few metres away. From your terrace you have a fantastic view of the hustle and bustle of the yacht and sailing harbour. There is another terrace on the other side of the house.



Thanks to the panoramic windows, you don't have to miss out on the view of the waves and boats in the harbour from the cosy, bright living area. In the bathroom you will find your private wellness oasis with infrared sauna and whirlpool. Here you can relax wonderfully after a stormy day at sea. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a cosy double bed.



The beautiful, long sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is just a few minutes' walk from the house. It stretches all the way down to Schönhagen and is therefore ideal for long walks.



Here you will find offers for all budgets and holiday types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long summer holiday or a break in the quieter low season, when the Baltic Sea beaches offer plenty of space.



*** Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Your holiday property is of course completed, but there may still be construction work in the surrounding area. Small children should be supervised outside due to the construction site situation. The harbour basin is not officially open for swimming due to the current conditions; however, the Baltic Sea beach is only a stone's throw away from the house. Please also note that fishing is not permitted in the harbour basin.

Die Wohnung ist Super. Hat aber leider Mängel. Im Bad ist der Wannenstöpsel kaputt. Mein Mann hat sich verletzt. Das Radio im Bad geht nicht, die Rollo im Wohnzimmer ist defekt. Und leider waren viele Fenster verschmutzt vom Vornurlauber dessen Hund. Schranke waren verschmiert.Deshalb ein Stern Abzug.

Olpenitz, ein anderer Ferienort

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Betten sind gut, das Bad mit Whirlpoolwanne und Rotlichtkabine ein Genuss an kalten Tagen. Die Küche ist funktionell eingerichtet und der Blick auf das Wasser mit den vorbeifahrenden Segelschiffen in 30m Entfernung ein besonderes Erlebnis. Man hat im Fahrradschuppen Platz für Kinderwagen und Räder, auch sonst ist alles so großzügig bemessen, das es nach dem Ausräumen ordentlich aussieht. Was gewöhnungsbedürftig ist, sind der riesige Retortenort mit recht viel Verkehr und dass eigentlich nichts los ist. Man kann beim Italiener essen, beim Edeka Kaffee trinken und neben dem Spielplatz einen Drink nehmen, ansonsten gibt es noch einen Geschenkeladen. Das wars.ein wunderbarer Strand in 2 km Entfernung mit schöner Restauration ist noch zu nennen

Die Wohnung ist schön am Wasser gelegen, allerdings fehlt in diesem Neubaugebiet ein Fußgängerweg sodass man mit Autos zusammen auf der Straße laufen muss. Die Wohnung selbst war nicht komplett gereinigt, besonders nicht das WC, was wir als sehr störend empfunden haben, zumal man die endreinigung für 150 zahlen muss. Es fehlt zudem ein Fön. Die Küche ist nicht besonders gut ausgestattet, die Salz und Pfefferstreuer waren am Boden mit Alufolie gestopft worden, es fehlte an ausreichend Müllbehältern, einzelnes Kochgeschirr fehlte. In der Wohnung wird es im Wohnbereich bei Sonne sehr warm, da es keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man konnte den Gesprächen der Nachbarn von oben lauschen. Insgesamt für den Preis eher enttäuschend.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Direkt am Wasser mit schöner Terrasse. Sogar mit kleiner Bucht ein paar Schritte weit. Dort kann man das SUP rein schmeißen... Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft. Die Fenster zur Straße waren kpl. dreckig und wurden auch nach Hinweis nicht gereinigt. Im Küchenschrank eine alte offene Schokolade, auch nicht so toll... geht bei dem Standard gar nicht. Aber wie gesagt, Wohnung und Lage super!

Super Lage, spärlich ausgestattet

Dies war unser dritter Urlaub in Olpenitz. DIe Lage dieser Wohnung ist super. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick über das Hafenbecken, und kann einfahrende Schiffe beobachten. Leider werden gegenüber grade die Villen fertig gebaut. Dadurch muss man entweder mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, oder ab ca. 8 Uhr mit Baulärm rechnen. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Hier fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie ein Brotmesser, eine Grillzange oder ein Krug/Karaffe für Getränke. Andere Dinge, die mehr oder weniger selbstverständlich sind wären auch nett gewesen, wie eine Spielesammlung für die Kinder oder ein Bügeleisen. In Summe ist die Wohnung recht dürftig ausgestattet, was grade an den ersten Tagen für unnötiges Suchen und Besorgen sorgt. ic hshreibe das hier etwas ausführlicher, damit die nächsten Mieter sich besser vorbereiten können. Auch ein Kissen würden wir nächstes Mal wieder selber mitbringen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Kissen sind sehr voluminös, und mit eine Kunststofffaser gefüllt. Damit schläft man wie auf einem riesigen Wattebausch. Ansonsten waren wir aber zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist schön hell, sauber und auch unser vierbeiner hat sich auf der Terasse sehr wohl gefühlt.
