Exquisite holiday villa spread over three floors and 220 m2 with direct access to the Adriatic. Beach Villa Sea Edge is spacious, modern and elegant and it provides unique tranquility overlooking the calm blue waters of the sea from each one of its three terraces. Common areas are welcoming and bright making together times a comfortable and pleasant experience. Fully equipped kitchen provides everything you should need to prepare lavish meals. The top floor is a self-sustained apartment offering an additional kitchen plus a living room and is ideal for those opting for extra privacy. Outdoor heatedpool is surrounded by sun loungers and aromatic Dalmatian flora. Al-fresco dining as well as barbecue facilities are provided for your enjoyment and a comfortable covered seating lounge offers splendid views of the sea and is a great spot to enjoy sunsets.
With five bedrooms ten adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
Sevidis a small tranquil town on the Dalmatian coastideal for enjoying clearbluewaters of the Adriatic away from the crowded tourist destinations.Here, the locals spend their time producing olive oil, goats cheese and preserving anchovies. The cuisine is richinfresh seafood, olivesand delicious Malvasian wine. From here take an easy excursion to the nearby islandsandvisita UNESCO World Heritageproclaimed Old Town Trogir.
For transparency: please account for 500 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Your hosts offer 2 stand up paddles with a 100 euro per week flat fee. Friendly pets may be allowed, fee does apply. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Wonderful stay

We had a great pleasure with family and friends in this house. Nice villa (perfectly clean and everything is working) nice garden and on top, great direct access to the sea ! Amazing location - stress free stay

Everything went well from the beginning to the end. We had a perfect holiday in this stunning spot. The owner, met us on arrival and showed us around, although it was all fairly obvious. He also brought us a delicious plate of apple biscuits. When we weren't sunbathing on the beautiful terrace we were swimming in the sea a few steps down from the house. If you just want to stay, there is a simple cafe bar and a small restaurant in the village. The village is a gentle walk of less than 10 minutes, or you can swim across the bay quite easily..:-))) Everybody spoke great English and the whole stay was completely stress-free.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, super zum runterkommen. Wir waren 9 Leute und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten eigentlich viele Unternehmungen vor, da uns das Haus aber so gefallen hat, sind wir einmal mehr dort geblieben und haben die tollen Temperaturen in Oktober genossen. Direkter Zugang ins Meer (Vorsicht: Seeigel und das nicht wenig), großer Grill, Außenbar und ein beheizter Pool (Max. 24-26 Grad). Auf jeden Fall eine Buchung wert!

Sehr schönes Haus, gut ausgestattet, direkt am Wasser gelegen. Etwas ungünstige Lage bezüglich Restaurants. Ab dem 25.9. schließt der kleine Supermarkt im Ort, dann muss man auch für Lebensmittel etwas fahren.

Idyllisch gelegene Villa mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Villa mit mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Bilder des Inserats sprechen für sich. Der Pool mit Ausblick auf das Meer, welches man in wenigen Schritten erreicht, ist Grund genug um einen erneuten Aufenthalt in Betracht zu ziehen. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus!

Traumhafte Woche

Das Haus und der Gastgeber Tihomir sind echt spitze. Das Haus liegt sehr schön am Meer und besonders der Aussenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einzig die Lage für Restaurant besuche ist etwas abgelegen, was uns aber nicht gestört. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

Suveränt hus!

Vi, 10 personer, hyrde huset under 14 fantastiska dagar Bra disposition av rum. Vi använde endast nedre köket och uteköket vilket var utmärkt Fantastisk trädgård med pool med sötvatten Havet helt inpå med egen bryggplats Vi hyrde båt vilket gav oss ytterligare en dimension Allt arrangerat av husägaren!

Nice villa in beautiful Sevid - a perfect place to just hang around or make small daytrips from. The villa had everything, an extra plus for both having the pool and ”own” cliff bath just by the house. This is a place I definately can recommend anyone

Wunderschöne Villa in Top-Villa in super Lage! Ideal für mehrere Generationen, aber auch für Partys.

Die Villa Sevid ist wunderschön und der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht sind - bei jedem Wetter - traumhaft. Die Villa ist innen und außen sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Viele nette Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten laden zum Entspannen ein: Besonders gut gefiel uns die große selbstgebaute Hänge-Schaukel auf der Terrasse. Wir hatten zwar etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber wir haben den Aufenthalt trotzdem sehr gut genießen können. Dank der Beheizung war der Pool warm genug, um auch bei nicht so gutem Wetter zu schwimmen und wenn sich die Sonne zeigte, waren es nur wenige Schritte zum Meer. Der Außenbereich ist so gut überdacht, dass man sich auch bei Regen gut draußen aufhalten und auch sogar draußen kochen, grillen und essen kann. Aber auch im Haus gibt es genug Platz für alle um gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen und auch Rückzugsräume für alle. (Wir waren drei Generationen, die sich super auf die 3 Stockwerke aufteilten). Schöne Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städtchen und Städte (Primosten, Trogir, Split) kann man gut auch bei weniger schönem Wetter machen und sie sind jedenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Auch ein Besuch im Krka-Nationalpark lohnt sich- ca. 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber der Vermieter hat uns liebenswerter Weise abgeholt! Ein besonderes "Danke" den Vermietern dafür und für den herzlichen Empfang mit selbstgemachtem Wein und Grappa!

Super Urlaub

Wir sind als Gruppe mit 9 Erwachsenen verreist und haben eine Woche im Haus verbracht. Besonders gefallen haben uns: - die Außenküche mit Blick auf das Meer - der große saubere, gepflegte Pool mit ausreichend vorhandenen Sonnenliegen und Schirmen - die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Haus und auf dem Grundstück Das Haus selbst liegt in einem kleinen verschlafenen Örtchen namens Sevid. Leider hat Anfang Mai noch nichts im Ort selber geöffnet, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Bis zu den nächsten Einkaufmöglichkeiten ist man in 15 min mit dem Auto unterwegs. DIe Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief einwandfrei. Sehr freundlich und schnell. Während unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir keinen Kontakt. Das lag aber daran, dass wir alles hatten. Die Übergaben bei An- und Abreise liefen problemlos. Danke

great property and location

The property is just like in the pictures. It was very clean, it had AC which was very useful, lots of kitchen appliances and they even prepared a basket of fruit, coffee, sugar and had clean towels in all rooms. There is a lot of space outside too, it has an amazing sea view and you could hear the waves. It is quick to get to Trogir, Split or Primosten - about 15 minutes by car. It is very easy to move around by car since there are restaurants and a small market near the house but you can also walk to the village. There is also a cash point there. The food at the Restaurant nearby was really good. Very kind and friendly host. Amazing! Thank you to all of you once again...:-)

Wonderful villa, wonderful area

Absolutely wonderful family holiday. The villa was clean and well equipped, the pool was great fun for all the family (9 of us including granny, two families both with 12 and 16 year olds). We can't recommend Croatia and this location enough. The country is spectacular and the bay where the Villa is located is ideally placed to make the most of it - we visited some small islands around, Primosten and Trogir all of which were wonderful. A wonderful holiday!

Erstklassiger Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet ALLES was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren 10 Personen und die Ausstattung hat vollkommen ausgereicht. Der Betreuer hat sich auch immer gemeldet wenn es Problemchen (Ausfall einer Stromsicherung) gab und war stets sofort zur Stelle. Alles war gepflegt und sehr sauber und der Pool war eine wunderbare Ergänzung. Sehr zum empfehlen ist die kleine Konobar / Restaurant im Ort.

Wundervolles Ferienhaus

Wir, 5 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 5 und 6 Jahre haben zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Wochen hier verbracht. Zur Begrüßung gab es Wein und Snacks. Die Vermieter waren immer erreichbar und haben uns mit allen wichtigen Infos zur Region und Ausflugszielen versorgt. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist unschlagbar: von der Terasse oder dem Balkon schaut man direkt über den Pool auf das Meer hinaus. Tolle Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge! Absolut zu empfehlen: Danke nochmals für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub!

Magical stay at this beautiful villa - Oasis

This has got to be the best place in the world. Short walk to along a small path to town, but feels like your own private oasis. You can't get a better view to swim in a pool, our favorite was the private steps down to the sea. Swimming in the beautiful sea with amazing views all around. Heaven, we'll be back- highly recommended - could not get enough of just looking at the sea...:-)))))

Genauso schön wie beim ersten Urlaub

Waren letztes Jahr das erste Mal da und wir waren damals schon begeistert. Heuer hatten wir einen großen Familienurlaub und dafür das ganze Haus gemietet. Es war immer noch alles in einem guten Zustand. Die kleine Ortschaft Sevid ist immer noch ein Geheimtipp und gar nicht überlaufen wie andere Orte in Kroatien. Der Meerblick und die Position des Hauses sind einmalig und man ist schon entspannt am ersten Abend. Einfach toll und schön. Sehr empfehlenswert.
