Great North Myrtle location

House was great for our golf trip. Close to restaurants and shopping. Pools were nice and relaxing during the 100 degree heat. I would have no problem renting again in the future.

Great location, great floorplan. Needs upgrades and basic amenities to make stay more comfortable and accommodating. Need new mattresses and bedding. New living room furniture. Needs new Kitchen frying pan and utensils. Beds were uncomfortable and bedding was old worn comforters. Couch was super low to the ground and old. Spend a few thousand on new mattresses and couches and bedding and pots and pans and this place would be great. Would not stay again unless these things were updated. Location was excellent across from pool and Vacasa was attentive when door lock reset. Overall okay stay but left a night early due to the comfort factor.

Great house for a family and great location

The location was great! Pool is within 50 feet of the house across street. The Barefoot Landing area/pier is around the corner, the location was perfect. The house is equipped with a dishwasher and coffee pot even though the description says otherwise. There weren't any beach towels or umbrella as described, but luckily we brought our own. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, even tupperware! The kids loved the foosball coffee table! I will say if you have a dog allergy this may not be a great house for you. There was dog hair on the beds and we had to wash some of the comforters when we arrived. The sheets are not too soft either, very scratchy. The house manager was responsive and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return again! The neighborhood is very clean kept and quiet.

Nice property. No Communication

Property is nice, was clean, and check-in process O.K. Had to wait for the cleaning lady to leave 30 minutes after check-in time. Not a deal killer but can we plan a little better than that? Beds comfortable. Very good kitchen preparedness.Had issues with the television and NO WIFI.No help from "help". Did not know how to solve our problem. Very poor communication after check-in, so be aware.. Apparently the owner "changed the WIFI settings and didn't tell management."However, a reviewer from several weeks earlier had the same issue. We couldn't locate a router.My suggestion to the owner is to install WIFI, and your problems more or less go away.Otherwise a good stay, just didn't welcome the added headache of tracking down help. So you're on your own.

Short Trip for Memorial Service

We were there for a Memorial Service for my Dad. The house was spacious and had plenty of sleeping alternatives. We really did not fully utilize the home and its surrounding areas based on the short stay and reason we were there. It could have used more blankets and softer towels is my only comment. Everything else was very nice and my grandsons loved the foosball coffee table.
