About this property

Living and vacationing on two levels - stylish, cozy, family-friendly

On the ground floor of the "Little Freedom" (72 sqm, previously apartment 2, house Antje) there are living / dining room, kitchen, bathroom and chamber, on the upper floor there are two bedrooms. Cozy and complete facility for a feel-good holiday.

Location Description:

The house with a total of 4 apartments is located in the OT village of St. Peter-Ording in a quiet, sunny location, between the quiet village and the sports field. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the dike and about 10 minutes to the village center. The apartment ("Little Freedom") extends over two floors.

Rooms and equipment:

The equipment meets high standards. The approximately 25 sqm living / dining room with open kitchen includes a fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven with grill, hot air and microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric juicer, blender. The room is furnished with a dining table for up to 5 people and comfortable seating. In the living room there is a flat screen TV 81cm with a digital satellite receiver and radio + CD.

The bedrooms are designed with a hygienic wood-look CV floor. In the master bedroom there is also a wooden cot for a baby. There are 3 large beds in the children's room. Telephone, children's books, high chair and games. WiFi free of charge.

The House:

The apartment "Kleine Freiheit" (formerly: Whg 2, Haus Antje) has a terrace (south-west facing) with garden furniture, table and parasol. Behind the house there is a play area for children with climbing equipment, sandpit and lying area.

Particularities:

Paved car parking space, large property with old trees. Internet use included in the rental price. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine (at no additional cost). Electric towel dryer in the bathroom. Built-in safe in the master bedroom.

It is a non-smoking house, we ask our guests to smoke outside without exception.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are acc. City Tax Ordinance of the municipality of Sankt Peter-Ording obliges to pay a city tax. You pay them on site or through us as the landlord: please contact us.

Wohnung liegt in Böhl,sodass Fahrräder für die Wege erforderlich sind.Wohnung sonst funktionell für einige Nächte in Ordnung.Länger allerdings nicht, da Bad für eine Familie zu klein und nur unten ist.Matratzen müssen unbedingt erneuert werden,da durchgelegen und quietschen bei jede Bewegung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und durchweg angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Sehr gemütlich, perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und wirklich picobello sauber. Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Zentral aber ruhige Lage, Einrichtung komplett und Bequem

Das Ferienhaus liegt fast zentral, aber in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar, auch Ausflüge ans Meer konnten zu Fuß erledigt werden. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl: gemütliche Sofaecke, gut geeigneter Tisch für Essen und anschließende Spiele Kartenspiele. Gute Laune Haus!

Die Wohnung ist toll! Modern eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und sie war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine kleine Herausforderung galt es täglich zu bewerkstelligen: als Mensch unter 1,60m Körpergröße waren Gläser, Teller und vieles andere in den sehr hohen Schränken in der Küche nur mit einem Stuhl erreichbar :-) aber es war machbar. Wir kommen gerne irgendwann einmal wieder, vielen Dank!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Nur die Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen, das ist aber der einzige Minuspunkt. Davon abgesehen hervorragende Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage! Jederzeit wieder!
